( 'urn off light. 1ou will see an after glow as your eyes ad*ust to the dar!. )li" light on for a s"lit second and then off again. 2 1ou will have a visual im"rint in your eyes of the material that was in front of you. 3hen this im"rint fades, fli" the light on again for a s"lit second, again staring at the material. 4 5e"eat this "rocess until you can recall every word in the "aragra"h in order. 1ou will be able to actually see the "aragra"h and read it from the im"rint in your mind.
