A typical Day in My Life Wednesday, 25 September, 2013: My communication activities started in the morning as soon as my mother knocked on my bedroom's

door. This Para-verbal communication signals me it is time to wake up. At the breakfast table I communicated with my family members and mostly talked about family matters. Then I got myself ready and started for east west University. I went to the bus counter, gave 35tk to the Taranga plus ticket seller and asked him to give me a ticket to Rampura. He gave me the ticket and pointed his finger to a line on the right. Without saying a word he made me understand that it was the line for Taranga Plus passengers'. I communicated with him verbally but he communicated with me non verbally.

After reaching to my university I punched my ID card , and there by non verbally communicated with registers department a record of my attendance. When I was walking through the corridor I noticed one of my close friends was standing far away from me on the other side of the corridor. I waved my hand and signaled her to come close to me. This was a non verbal communication. She came to me and asked me whether I knew about the new 20% A, Apolicy taken by the university authority. I replied I heard that rumor before and we shared negative opinions on that subject. Then I added the recent section change restrictions imposed by university authority and that discussion affected my outlook regarding the university. That communication can be categorized as grapevine.

while going to my HRM class I saw one of my first semester classmates standing on the second floor veranda. I waved my hand slightly in a feeble gesture of recognition and she smiled back. Then I entered into room no.202 and exchanged greetings with some of my known classmates as a part of social communication.

HRM sir entered into the class on 8:30 and started his lecture. I listened his lecture, noted the lecture on my notebook and sometimes nodded my head as a symbol of my understanding. I asked some questions related to the topics and also gave two or three answers. After the class I had to go to the computer lab to check my mails. So I rode on the lift and just said 5pointing my figure to the lift button box and one of the student sanding near the button box pressed 5. coming out from the lift I went to the computer lab corridor and saw a notice was hanging outside the door that dew to some workshop activates the computer lab was booked. It was a verbal communication.
