We are currently looking for a Pre-Funding QC Reviewer to join our team in our corporate headquarters located in San Francisco, C alifornia. Overall Responsibility: Ensures quality and accuracy of documentation provided in the individual loan files. The essential job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Execute 4506Ts and sign off transcripts when received. C omplete Fraud alert and Identity verifications Execute social security verifications (SSA89) Execute MERS reports at submission and again at funding. Prepare document set for Underwriting Notify Broker Service Representative and Account Executive of missing documentation or incomplete information Provide a daily report to Broker Service Representatives and/or Account Executives of loan disposition Qualifications Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Be a quick learner and have a willingness to acquire new skills Exhibit a pleasant demeanor with clients and internal personnel via phone and email Ability to work independently with little supervision Be very detail oriented and organized Some knowledge of the mortgage industry is preferred Have introductory knowledge of financial statements (credit reports, balance sheets and profit & loss statements) Bachelors degree is preferred
