GUIDE ON WHAT TO DO NEXT

ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS: The figures below are the amount of original documents you will be required to produce and hand in at your interview. Note: We (EarthStream) only require one scanned colour copy of each document listed, to progress your interview to the next stage. Please see Scanning Documents To Earthstream below.

Personal Documentation Required From Each Candidate: 1) 4 colour copies of your valid Passport & Residence Visa. (photo page and all personal details page(s) 2) 3 colour copies of your Qualifications & Certification. (Only highest educational qualification is required, for example - B.Sc., Master or PhD.) a. NB:- Candidates offered a position within ADCO Will have to provide a colour copy of your highest educational qualification attested by UAE Embassy and translated into English. EarthStream recommends that you become familiar with this process. You are not required to begin the attestation at this point; however it is a long process and it is beneficial that you contact your nearest embassy to discuss the process. Attached in the Useful Information Folder you will find a document titled UAE Embassies & Consulates listing all UAE Embassies and Consulates located around the world. 3) 3 color copies of your latest CV in English. a. NB:- Candidates offered a position within ADCO Who are of Arabic Nationality or Arabic origins with different passport such as British, US or duel nationality, will be required to submit their CV in Arabic. 4) 10 red instant background pictures (size: 4 x 6 cm), instant pictures required, no editing (No glasses or fake coloured background will be accepted). 5) 10 white instant background pictures (size 4 x 6 cm), instant pictures required, no editing (No glasses). 6) 3 color copies of your experience letters (service letters). A letter from each of your previous employers detailing your duties and responsibilities (this needs to be in English or translated into English). 7) 3 color copies of a letter from your present employer in English or translated into English; this letter must be addressed to either ADCO or 'To Whom It May Concern' and it should mention your current position, the date you started with the company and if you are on contract this should also include the expiration date of your contract. 8) 3 color copies of your previous 3 months pay slips.

Original Forms attached in the ADCO Forms Folder - To Be Completed And Returned: In the ADCO Forms Folder you will find the following documents that need to be completed in English and taken to your interview (to be handed in to our representatives):We also require a copy of the below forms printed in colour, completed, scanned in colour and sent back to us in PDF format. 1) ADCO Visa entry form (Details of an Entry Visa Application) 2) Application for Employment Form A white instant background pictures (size 4 x 6 cm), no editing (No glasses) must be affixed to this form where requested 3) Identification form

COMPLETING ADCO FORMS ADCO forms must be completed correctly. Forms with missing or incorrect information will result in a delay to the recruitment process and should your interview be successful your start date will be delayed significantly. Here are the main points you need to consider at the time of completing the forms: 1) All fields must be completed for : The ADCO Employment Form The ADCO Identification Form The ADCO Details of an Entry Visa application (please leave the Latest Exit from the UAE Blank) 2) All forms must be written in English in a clear & professional way. 3) Both religion & Sector (Sect) fields must be completed, where requested. Example: Religion: Christian Sect: Catholic. 4) Date of entry & port of entry is only applicable for candidates who have a valid UAE residence visa, ONLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A UAE VISA, should you leave this field blank. 5) Where requested the names of your Father, Mother, Spouse & any children must be completed in full. 6) 3 names of relatives must be completed, regardless of their location. 7) 3 names of friends must be completed. If you have friends based in the UAE you should use these names here. If you do not have friends in the UAE, please complete using friends in any other location. 8) Residence address: a) If you have a valid UAE residence visa, then your residence address must be an address in UAE. b) If you are working on a rotation basis with a UAE Residence Visa, please refer to your camp address in the UAE as your residence address - please do not use your home address.

c) If you are living abroad and you do not have a valid UAE Residence visa, then kindly write your permanent home address with telephone and mobile details. 9) Mobile & Telephone number must be written with international calling codes. 10) Candidates who have a UAE residence visa: a. Candidates must complete the required fields in the section Current Sponsor including Sponsors Name of Entry & complete the Passport & visa details section 11) Candidates who are not living in UAE: a. Please disregard the Current Sponsor section b. For the Passport & visa details only complete your passport number, date of issue and place of issue. Ignoring any reference to a UAE residence (Residence No.) visa/sponsorship information. 12) Upon completing all fields, ensure you sign the form.

SCANNING DOCUMENTS AND SENDING THEM TO EARTHSTREAM: Please note that in order to process your interview to the next stage, we require the below documents in PDF, printed in colour, scanned and sent to The Logistics Team at - og.Logistics@earthstreamglobal.com (Note: only Single PDFs will be accepted). Please include your name in the subject line for all emails sent to us.
