As 2013 comes to a close, take a moment to look back at the fun and fraternalism
enjoyed throughout the year at the West Seattle Eagles.
Pictured below are some of the amazing volunteers who helped make Thanksgiving special for almost one hundred and seventy people. Now in its fifth year, this made from scratch Thanksgiving feast, takes an army of dedicated volunteers to feed our members and those in our community. The spirit of Thanksgiving shared by volunteers and guests alike, truly demonstrates we arePeople Helping People.
The friendships formed here at the Eagles, will last a lifetime. The bonds we share with one another are truly special. From volunteering for Thanksgiving, dressing up for Halloween or swinging a golf club for charity. To singing karaoke on a Friday evening, or simply just enjoying a cocktail in the loungeone thing is quite evident, we have a lot of fun here at the Eagles. Heres to hoping that each of you has a joyous holiday season and a home filled with peace, love and laughter.

December brings a number of events. With school, family, the holidays and all of life's other commitments, it may be hard to find the time to invest yourself in the betterment of our beloved club. Make the investment of your time your gift to the Aerie or Auxillary, without leadership we are a rudderless vessel. I, and our other oficers. look forward to your attendance.

Brothers, you as members, are the most important asset our Aerie has. Our Aerie is only as strong as those who make it up. At the time of publication, the following brothers are delinquent in their dues and will be dropped from the Aerie rolls on January 15th. If you have already paid your dues, thank you. If not, you can pay your dues in the lounge or send a check to;

This years Heritage Pumpkin Pie Project was once again a great success!!! The goal of fifty 10" pies was met. Last year the goal was met by help of the public, this year 100 percent was thru the support of our West Seattle Eagles members. I am so impressed and grateful. The Roller Girls of HTripP included Clarice Austin (dough in chief), Gayle Holmes, Sandy Farin and Suzie Klein. Thank you!! Also, thank you to our fine bar staff for their sales support. -Diane Niemi /Chairperson Golden Eagle Alzheimer's/Dementia Fund
