APPENDIX D INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR MOORING ANALYSIS (1) Design Environmental Condition acting on vessel/rig/mooring system:- Significant wave height, mean wave period and direction. Unless otherwise, Jonswap spectrum will be used in the analysis. - Wind speed and direction - Current speed and direction - Water depth - Operating period (2) Minimum and maximum allowable distance (if applicable) between fixed installation and vessel. (3) Vessel Operating draft i.e. forward draft and aft draft (4) General arrangement drawing of vessel for estimating the projected wind area. (5) Vessel Lines Plan, Construction Drawings, Hydrostatic and Stability Booklet for modeling the hull form. (6) Fairleads/Bollards location on the vessel for modeling the anchor line position. (7) Maximum winch pull force capacity. (8) Maximum winch braking holding capacity. (9) Type of seabed i.e. sandy, muddy or rocky for determining anchor-holding power. (10) (11) (12) Existing size (i.e. weight) and type of anchors. Existing diameter, length and Minimum Breaking Load of wire rope/chain onboard. Indicate preferred name/notation given to each of the mooring lines. ACAD soft copy of a drawing showing vessel orientation, heading and mooring pattern. Drawing should show distances of the anchors from the vessel and the angle of the anchor mooring line make with respect to the vessel center line. The desired working tension in the mooring lines during normal operation. ACAD soft copy of the bathymetry drawing showing location of the vessel mooring position; the water depth contour, routes of existing subsea pipelines and cables, if any. Drawings of any existing spring buoys, showing their respective dimensions and capacity in the event that they may be required to lift anchor lines over submarine pipelines and cables. Mooring criteria as specified by your Client if any.

APPENDIX E INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR JACKET FLOATATION / UPENDING ANALYSIS Typical information required performing upending analysis: 1) Design Environmental Condition (if any): - Significant wave height, mean wave period and direction - Wind speed and direction - Current speed and direction - Water depth - Where - When & period 2) Minimum distance between jacket and crane barge to perform upending. Orientation of crane boom during upending. (e.g stern lift) 3) Crane barge operating draft i.e. forward draft and aft draft 4) General arrangement of vessel and its description. 5) Upending slings details.i.e length, size, weight, padeye locations etc. 6) Latest weight control report. 7) Items to be kept buoyant during upending. 8) Items to be pre-installed and offshore installed. 9) Lifting chart. 10) Buoyancy tanks location, size, details etc (if any). 11) Latest jacket structural or marine model. Prefer transportation model or lifting model. 12) Sketches of model nodes and member. 13) Jacket design drawings & miscellaneous weight take-off. 14) Upending criteria such as minimum reserve buoyancy, flooding system etc. 15) Details of performing upending aids. Such as walkway, rigging platforms, buoyancy bags etc
