Common European framework of reference for languages: Learning, teaching, assessment

This book is based in the approach of the language; firstly you have to know what the importance of this book is? So, the importance of this, it is how the people can teach by using this book as an important tool and the teachers have to know, what are the competencies that their students have, as we can see in the book there are different ways and how is divided the language in different levels that it has, in this case this book to help us. what the teacher can do if he\she wants to identify the abilities that the students have in order to develop the class with a specific level, such as basic, independent or proficient, those are the level that exist in this language but there are several things involving in these levels that the teacher has to be aware by giving a better teaching to the students. The competences are the abilities that the humans have, related with the language and there are some parts that we have to know: the general competences, communicative language competences, language activities, domains, The general competences is about the knowledge, skills, and it is very important part because through the knowledge is how the humans are able to use the language. Communicative language competences in this competences exist several component like linguistic, sociolinguistic and pragmatic, on it is involved the linguistic as you know it is one of the mean parts of the language, it refer how is the language Sociolinguistic competences refer to the sociocultural conditions of language use, in this case it is related with the culture that the students are involved. Even though pragmatic competences is about the meaning of the words in order words is how the students can understand the meaning of the words.

The activities these kinds of activities can be oral or writing form or both because according with this, the students can realize their competences by performing these activities and realize what the competences that they have are. The domain is about if the people are able to handle the language and if they are able to demonstrate their competences.

Common references levels.


The other important thing is common references levels, in this case refer about different levels that there are. The levels are basic user, independent user and proficient user. The first one is the basic user as you know the basic has two different levels A1 and A2, in A1 the students can understand some familiar expressions in the order words, they are beginner with the language those expressions are basic because they get it if the other person talk slowly and clearly. A2 the students can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas, so they carry out a conversation with other person. Independent user has two different levels like basic but in this case the students have more level than basic, they are intermediate so it mean they are able to talk with other person in a technical way using technical words and variety expressions but you know there are two levels B1 and B2 some people get confuse with it because they think that B1 it is a basic. B1 the students can understand the point clear and they can give an explanation and can describe experiences that they had had so whatever and they can interact with someone slowly but express the main point.

B2 the students can express themselves because they can make regular interaction with native speaker and give very well point of views and explain thing they have more advantages because can have a discussions including technical words or something like that. Proficient user in this kind of level the student are able to talk with fluency and spontaneously because they dont need to search the correct sentences just it is natural to speak. C1 The students can talk very well they can express their ideas pretty well because they can talk with fluency and spontaneously without search expression just it is natural to speak so they are able to explain with details something that you say them. C2 the students are mastery in the language because they can speak with fluency spontaneously and naturally as the native speaker they can use very well grammatical approach and the part of speech. It is very important to know what are the different levels because a good teacher look for the tools in order to motive the students by trying to be better so the teacher has to know about these kinds of levels because he\she has to take on the responsibility and to help the students but the thing is those levels help us to be able to identify what are the competences and abilities that the student have in order to transmit a better comprehension.

Language learning and teaching


Learning and teaching are basing in the needs of the learners or the activities and process that the learners need to carry out in order to satisfy the needs . Both have relationship between them because one needs to the another by getting a better performing, because the learning process is how much you have learnt but if you have learnt very well it doesnt mean that you will give a good teaching, why? Because the

teacher has to follow a lot of parts in order to be a good professional, also the one thing very important is to know what is the different between the learn and acquire the language? So, as you know acquire the language is when a person is involved with language as native language but he\she has the proper native language but they have grown with the language like native and learn the language is when a person is not involved in the environment with the language but he\she is learning without environment that they should be in order to develop the language as native.

The plurilingual competence and pluricultural competence


These refer about their native language and cultures are exposed to the different dialect and to the cultural variation inherent in any complex society. So it mean the native language and the culture perform a part very important in the acquisition of a language because although the culture is how the people identify themselves in their native language, they know their own customs and they have many advantages because they are involving in their own environment and they can learn easier because they are acquiring the language as native language and they will become a knowledgeable of the language. The grammatical competences is about the ability to organize sentences to transmit meaning, in this case this competences is the most important because if the students have the grammatical abilities so , they will be able to perform the language as a native speaker because though the grammar involved in a correct way they can transmit their ideas very well. In this part of this book it included the errors that the people have with the language because some of them mix the language with the native language, but it this part is included the cognitive process why? Because the cognitive process refer how the people understand the second language as the first. Because when they are learning usually they always did the errors with the first and the second language.
