crime in Ecuador is very big and serious because the laws that exist today are not hard

and criminals did whatever they wanted and were not long in jail because the cops could not lock a long time by the laws that exist. I have family who are cops and they tell me that the police does its job by arresting criminals but can not do anything because they are carried to jail and if there is no complaint against the offenders are few hours in jail and go from jail this happens because there is a law 80 years ago and the crimes they had before are not the same that exist now and for this rason it is there are so many small cimenes on the streets stealing students and women but are not too long on the street there are also new major crimes such as drug trafficking and drug money laundering illegal money ...... I heard on the news that the much illegal money is entering the country and this can break the economy of Ecuador in banks and by this rason it is creating a new law for crime

I do not know much about this new law but I read some news and articles about where explain what are the areas for improvement in the law today .. in the news talk about stronger laws that will make criminals not only spend hours and jail but pay for their crimes with months and years in a prison this is great because before criminals who stole cell had students and they were not going to jail because he was a petty crime but now with the new law if they crminales steal a cell in the streets or steal wallets women can go to jail for months and if they return to steal the jail time is make larger and may be in prison for years

another law to be better in a community policing to help in your neighborhood and I think that's very good because the police must help the people of the neighborhood in small problems and no major problems become problems exist in the neighborhood as street fights or fights between family and the police can give help to these people and problems

also another law is the control of drugs and drug trafficking that are growing in our country and must be stopped quickly because this is bad for the country and new laws are being created to be harder with this type of crime but also is intended to allow a small consumption of legal drugs I think it's okay because this way there prevents drug trafficking on the streets

overall I think the new laws are good because with harsh laws can stop crime and prevent criminals continue to steal, kill and do not pay for their crimes in jail where they should be for long time

la delincuencia en el ecuador es muy grande y grave porque las leyes que existen hoy no son duras y los delincuentes hacian lo que ellos querian y no estaban mucho tiempo en la carcel porque los policias no podian encerrarlos mucho tiempo por las leyes que existen.

yo tengo familia que son policias y ellos me cuentan que la policia hace su trabajo al arrestar a los delincuentes pero no pueden hacer nada porque los llevan a la carcel y si no hay un denuncia contra los delicuentes estan unas horas en la carcel y se van de la carcel esto pasa porque existe una ley de hace 80 aos y los crimines que habian antes no son los mismos que existen ahora y por esta rason es que hay tantos pequeos cimenes en las calles que roban a estudiantes y a mujeres pero no estan mucho tiempo en la calle tambien existen nuevos grandes crimenes como drogas narcotrafico y lavado de dinero que es dinero ilegal...... yo escuche en las noticias que el mucho dinero ilegal esta entrando al pais y esto puede quebrar la economia del ecuador en los bancos y por esta rason se esta creando una nueva ley para la delincuencia

yo no conozco mucho sobre esta nueva ley pero lei unas noticias y unos articulos en donde explican cuales son los puntos a mejorar en la ley de hoy .. en estas noticias hablan sobre leyes mas fuertes que haran que los criminales ya no pasen solo horas e la carcel sino que paguen por sus crimenes con meses y aos dentro de una carcel esto es muy bueno porque antes habia criminales que robaban celulares a los estudiantes y ellos no iban a la carcel porque era un crimen pequeo pero ahora con la nueva ley si estos crminales roban un celular en las calles o roban carteras a las mujeres pueden ir a la carcel por mese y si vuelven a robar el tiempo en la carcel se hacer mas grande y pueden estar en prision por aos

otra ley que se va a mejorar en la de un policia comunitaria que ayude en tu barrio y yo pienso que eso es muy bueno porque la policia debe ayudar al gente del barrio en problemas pequeos y que no se hagan problemas grandes en el barrio existen problemas como peleas en la calle o peleas entre familia y la policia puede dar ayuda a estas personas y problemas

tambien otra ley es la de control de drogas y la de narcotrafico que estan creciendo en nuestro pais y que se debe parar rapido porque esto es malo para el pais y se se estan creando leyes nuevas que sean mas duras con este tipo de crimen aunque tambien se piensa permitir un consumo pequeo de droga legal yo pienso que esta bien porque de esta manera se evita que exista narcotrafico en las calles

en general yo pienso que las nuevas leyes son muy buenas porque con leyes mas duras se puede parar la delincuencia y evitar que los criminales sigan robando, matando y no paguen por sus crimenes en la carcel en donde deben estar por largo tiempo.
