OBJECTIVES: A.Cognitive objectives: a) to check and improve vocabulary; b) to encourage students to talk freely; c) to help students talk about important issues concerning our life; d) to identify some tasks on a video; B.Affective objectives: a) making students confident in their ability to use the language; b) creating interest in the topic of the lesson; c) creating a relaxed atmosphere, proper for studying; d) support learner independence and cooperative learning; e) stimulating students imagination and creativity; f) having fun.

ANTICIPATED PROBLEMS: Ss may not be familiar with certain words;they may be a little shy to express their feelings. T helps and encourages them to speak freely without correcting them during speaking.
ACTIVITY 1 : WARM-UP
AIMS:
to create a nice and friendly athmosphere to check their previous aquisition PROCEDURE
TIMING
T asks Ss several questions about weather and their mood. T asks Ss what they feel for each other and if they fell like in a family to prove that saying the poem Family Chatting in English at the beginning of the lesson, T creates an English language atmosphere, establishing contact between her and SS, and helps SS to feel relax.

ACTIVITY 3: PRE-READING
AIMS: to use their imagination and their capacity of anticipating subjects;
to explore the picture ; PROCEDURE T asks Ss to look at the picture at the bottom of the page and to say a word that they are thinking about when they see the picture. Ss say the words and T writes them on the blackboard INTERACTION T-Ss Ss-T Speaking Individual Frontal TIMING

ACTIVITY 4: WHILE-READING
AIMS: to read for a specific information; to understand written messages; to scan the text and solve correctly the ex. PROCEDURE T asks a student to read the text aloud as a model and teacher correct her pronunciation (if its necessary) . Ss listen T asks the other Ss to read the text again for a better understanding. T asks Ss to say what words are wrong on the list they have made before. T writes the unknown words on the blackboard and give another meaning for that new words and expressions. Ss write on their notebooks T monitors their activity. ACTIVITY 5:
AIMS: AFTER READING to promote fluent speaking; to involve Ss into an impotant topic such as DRIVING; to guide Ss into a debate. PROCEDURE T asks Ss to choose a colour and a hat in that colour will be given to them . They will analyse the text using thinking hats method. Tgives instructions and monitors the Ss.
