Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represenfatives of


the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Title. - This Act shall be lrnown as "The


University of the Philippines Charter of 2008."
SEC. 2. Declaration of Policy. - The University of the
Philippines is hereby declared as the national university.
