To analyze the report of Drive test logs and clarify the location and de tails of Rx-level, Rx-Quality, Handover failure, blocked call, Drop call around the target site and prepare the coverage presentation of sites . ================================================================================ ============================= Responsible for collecting and analyzing the drive test data for LTE/UMTS/CDMA s ystems with different vendors using various data collection tools such as, Datap ro. The candidate should be able to perform these tasks: Expert at Data collection using Datapro Ability to use the JDSU scanner and LTE UE's for data collection Collect drive data for LTE network Troubleshoot issues with the test gear and resolve issues independently. Troubleshoot interference issues and capable of using spectrum analyzers for tro ubleshooting. Use Windcatcher or Actix for post processing the collected data. Support the group with pre and post testing for antenna changes. Other requirements: Position in multiple markets nation wide. Some night work maybe required. Basic understanding of RF principles and CDMA technology. Candidates with Knowlege of LTE will be preferred. Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Work days or nights to gather cellular site RF data Resolve minor computer probl ems with navigation and data collection software Quickly learn and retain releva nt system knowledge through applied learning, reading of standards documents or other documentation and review of test plan documents. Demonstrate basic underst anding of RF theory, ability to conceptualize one cell site in a network Learn t o use Wireless Logix XCAL, TEMS, Agilent, INVEX, Datapro or other data collectio n software Skills and Knowledge Required: Computer competency in an MS Windows e
