On November 20th, 2008, I became the first person since Marbury of

Marbury V Madison in 1803 to directly enter the Supreme Court as the
Solicitor General failed to respond to a petition within 30 days thus the US
defaulted upon our two governing contracts; CORP US defaulted not the
original jurisdiction government known as We, The People. Our
constitutional government fell with the DC Organic Act of 1871, the
election of Wilson, the Federal Reserve, the IMF / UN Treaty & Bush V
Gore. This led us to be in situation whereby we have been made into slaves
of the world 200 plus years after our founding, as our labor supports others
across the planet as a sort of global welfare system and this foreignization
became completed with the election of Obama.
In the US a foreign invasion happens on paper
first then in actual life! The Federal Reserve is
not owned by you aka our government. When you
look in the Washington, D. C phone book, you will
not find the Federal Reserve in the Government
section, as they are a private concern not a public
one. Federal Reserve 'dollars' are notes, foreign
currency. Actual foreignization of the Office of
the Executive is criminal, as foreignization
constitutes treason. It demands you pay
TRIBUTE not just taxes. All of you are the
victims of actual taxation without representation
but do not know it and when Neptune Beach
itself and the US are founded in tax revolts!
What good is a governing contract that exists only upon paper but not in
reality as the persons in charge change the terms at their whim and will and
refuse to fulfill their duties or abide by the oaths they swore? If everything
that comes out of Congress is a lie as it along with the wealthy are an
unchecked oligarchy whose criminal activity it is hoped will only become
apparent for what it is - VOODOO LEGISLATION - after an “interval so
long that the electorate will be incapable of doing anything efficient to
remedy depredations”? CORP US is in for a rude awakening, as there is no
such thing as an accident of math and these people have had several
accidents of math; bad math will be their undoing. Now I am Federal
Appeal 09-10661-C, a pro se constitutional authority case against Obama,
Roberts and CORP US. As I was able to force direct action I am using
liability to win our sovereignty by restoring our original jurisdiction
government thus release us from human bondage, as you are a publicly
traded commodity but do not know it. You feel it but do not know the fact
and law behind it.
