Thesis : Training motivation can optimize afective domain. Afective domain can be optimized by implementing Training Motivation in learning proccess To educate a person in mind and not in morals is to educate a menace to society (Theodore Rossevelt) The affective domain includes the manner in which with things emotionally such as felling,values,apreciation ,ethusiasms,motivations,and attitude. Training motivation is one way to optimize afective domain in learning process, training motivation is a course for the students to encourage their emotional and social quotient It is related to the work of right brain that is related to the characteristic,intuitif,subjective,holistic,and synthesizing,it is involve in afective domain. Training motivation can optimize afective domain because training motivation can optimize some categories that include in afective domain they are :

receiving,responding,valuing, organisating,and characterization. The affective domain is part of a system that was published in 1965 for identifying, understanding and addressing how people learn. Part of Bloom's Taxonomy, this classification of educational objectives includes the cognitive domain, the affective domain and the psychomotor domain The affective domain describes learning objectives that emphasize a feeling tone, an emotion, or a degree of acceptance or rejection. Affective objectives vary from simple attention to selected phenomena to complex but internally consistent qualities of character and conscience. We found a large number of such objectives in the literature expressed as interests, attitudes, appreciations, values, and emotional sets or biases. Training motivation is one way to increase the afective domain in learning process, there are some categories in afective domain that will be optimized by implementing training motivation. Firstly, training motivation can optimize receiving , receiving in this part means receiving phenomena. It is proved that Motivation can increase the students Awareness, willingness to

hear, selected attention when the students had been given some training motivation the will be more interest in learning proccess about everything that they will get from the learning process. Secondly, training motivation can increase responding .Responding is committed in some small measure to the ideas, materials, or phenomena involved by actively responding to them. Examples are: to comply with, to follow, to commend, to volunteer, to spend leisure time in, to acclaim. By implementing training motivation it is proved that it can increase the students respon to their learning. Thirdly, training motivation can increase Valuing is willing to be perceived by others as valuing certain ideas, materials, or phenomena. Examples include: to increase measured proficiency in, to relinquish, to subsidize, to support, to debate. Fourthly , Organization is to relate the value to those already held and bring it into a harmonious and internally consistent philosophy. Examples are: to discuss, to theorize, to formulate, to balance, to examine. Lastly , Characterization by value or value set is to act consistently in accordance with the values he or she has internalized. Examples include: to revise, to require, to be rated high in the value, to avoid, to resist, to manage, to resolve. From those explaination above the writer can conclude that traininig motivation can optimize afective domain for the students, in include receiving,responding,valuing, organization. And characterization because training motivation is the strategy that is emphasize to the emotional and spiritul quotientthat is involved in afective domain .
