BEST EMPLOYERS STUDY

Introduction
Hewitt and its partners are sponsoring a major study to identify the Best Employers in Poland and in
Central Eastern Europe. Your organization has confirmed interest in participating in this study and is
a candidate for the Best Employers in Poland list, to be published in Spring 2008.
A critical part of the study will be the employee perspective on what makes companies exceptional
employers. Please answer this questionnaire based on your experience in your local organizations
