Revu was created for those who do. Combining an intuitive PDF editor, viewer, markup and collaboration technology with reliable le creation. Revu goes beyond PDF and takes paperless workows to a whole new level. The exible interface is artfully designed, providing the necessary tools for accessing and managing the documents that you need, when you need them. Simply put, there are no limits to what you can achieve.

Revu

The Revu interface is intuitive and easy on the eyes. Click on the menu bar at the top of the interface to display groups of menu buttons, and pin commonly used tools to create custom toolbars. At the left, right and bottom are panels that can be opened and closed to expose more tabs such as File Access, Bookmarks, Thumbnails, Tool Chest, Links, Properties, Search, Studio, Markups list, Measurements and more. Use MultiView technology to split your screen up to sixteen times and sync tabs to pan and zoom in unison. Or, drag a le or feature tab to another monitor to maximize your viewing space.

Tool sets
Create custom tool sets and store them in the Tool Chest for easy reuse, or share custom markups for various job functions and projects. Tool sets can be saved locally, shared across a network, or emailed to other project members or clients. You can also import tool sets from our website. Bluebeam is frequently creating and updating new tool sets. In fact, if you dont see what youre looking for, you can send a request to suggestions@bluebeam.com.

Stamps
Revu includes over 16 pre-dened stamps that can easily be applied to individual PDF les, or to multiple PDFs at the same time. Dont see the stamp you need? Import additional stamps from our website, or create custom stamps for review processes that include your company logo, date, time, status and signature elds. Save stamps in the exclusive Tool Chest for easy reuse. The date and time will dynamically update every time the stamp is placed.

Proles
We know that each of you will use Revu with dierent objectives. Regardless of your profession, work, or needs, we want to make your life easier. Six proles are provided to help you get started. For CAD and eXtreme users, the Design Prole will be selected by default when you open your session. For those with Revu Standard, the Oce Prole will be selected for simplied viewing and commenting. We also include proles such as Construction, Estimation and Tablet for specic workows, and Simple for maximum PDF viewing. Change your mind? No worries. You can easily switch between proles, or create a custom prole of your own.

Create, share and collaborate in the cloud.

Bluebeam Studio combines the best of cloud storage and collaboration. Connect, create and collaborate with anyone, anywhere, at any time by hosting Studio Sessions and Projects through the Bluebeam server. Studio acts as a simple document management system in the cloud, giving you more exibility and space when sharing and storing les. Simply upload your PDFs and any other le type to Studio and invite attendees from around the world to view and comment on your documents. Chat and add markups to the same PDF together in real-time or separately on your own. Markups and chats are tracked in a Record that links back to the PDF to easily review Session or Project activity. You can even create Reports to archive or share with your team.
