PRICE NEGOTIATION MEMORANDUM (PNM) 1. DESCRIPTION. Provide a brief description of the acquisition, including appropriate identifying numbers (e.g., !P "o.#, as necessary to ensure a clear correlation with the Prenegotiation $emorandum. 2.
