This module located in the bin folder of the Ty3ToCatia addin can be used to check if a license can be laoded and which options it contains. Now, it displays correctly the Start up option of the Ty3ToCatia addin in CATIA V5 witch correct name is TY3_CAA_V5_RXX and not anymore TY3_CAA_V5_XX.
