Elements and Types of Matter

The student will define matter as being made of small particles Students will define, compare and contrast facts, scientific laws and scientific theories. Students will demonstrate by design their own atom to identify the parts and the empty space between their particles.

2A The student will understand that matter is made of small particles and this explains the properties of matter.
