Items, of Schedule IV / Schedule V, which are not covered below are self explanatory. In case of the information, which is provided in soft copy form in !"#, it$s location should be clearly specified by giving the file name, section/sub%section no. and page no. against the item no. in Schedule IV / Schedule V.
