Comes now, two affirmed American Nationals for The United States of America, the Confederacy United States to petition the United States, in Congress assembled to enact the Power of Attorney Act of 2013,

By the authority of the assembly of affirmed American Nationals and the reign of the heavens World Government, and all Acts signed by the current United States, in Congress assembled are recognized by the assemblies in the various townships on December 9, 2013.

BE IT ENACTED, by the United States, in Congress assembled the THE POWER OF ATTORNEY ACT OF 2013 OF 2013 IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED, ACCEPTED AND ACKNOWLEDGED on the 9th day of December 9, 2013, SUBJECT MATTER OF THE LAW ENACTED

The removal of any assumption or presumption of any entity in the world claiming power of attorney for The United States of America.

BE IT ENACTED, by the United States, in Congress assembled the THE POWER OF ATTORNEY ACT OF 2013 IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED, ACCEPTED AND ACKNOWLEDGED on the 9th day of December 9, 2013, REGULATIONS OF THE STATUTE ENACTED 1: Any entity, NGO, IGO, UNION or any other entity including but not limited to Monarchs, corporations, central banks, or any known or unknown entity, or non-naturalized American National that claims power of attorney over The United States of America or uses the name The United States of America without proper authority from the assembly of affirmed American Nationals shall subject itself, him or herself to criminal violations of International Law. PENALTY 1: The penalty imposed upon any of the foregoing entities, man or woman in the aforementioned paragraph shall be subject to pay restitution to the affirmed American Nationals for The United States of America under common law in the amount of one-metric ton of Gold per violation per day until paid in full after being duly convicted in the General Post Master Council for The United States of America. All claimants shall be tried in the General Post Master Council for The United States of America, whether present within the court or not, or whether they refuse service or not. 2: The collection of the penalty may be sold to other entities for a percentage of the judgment at the discretion of the injured party being the Naturalized American Nationals in the assembly of the affirmed American Nationals, and recorded in the office of the registrar for The United States of America. All expenses for delivery of the judgment shall be at the expense of the convicted and at a time, place and plain decided by the assembly of affirmed American Nationals. 3: The United States of America is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the collection process, and all process shall be in the name of We, the Grantors, the people for The United States of America against the (accused).
