Enhanced existing FPM for adding new fields and its validation logic for Incident Management. Those corresponding fileds were also added in BOPF Object using its enhancement framework.

Project Contribution / Task:

Developed a new CARDEX Inquiry Report form which the customer was currently using in their current SAP ERP version as the SAP standard reports do not meet their requirement. The interactive report displayed fields from tables MARA, MARD, EKKO, EKPO, MSEG, etc

Unified all the existing tcodes which the customer used to post different movement types of tcode MB1B. All the existing tcodes are used for mass upload, wherein a file is upload, which would create the article doc with appropriate movement type.

Enhanced the existing goods receipt report for adding new fields in selection criteria and also for including new fields on the output. The fields were displayed from tables MARA,MVKE and BAPI fucntion module BAPI_HIERA_GETSUBSTRUCTURE.

Developed report for Warehouse Stock which displayed fields from tables A304, A527 and BAPI function module BAPI_HIERA_GETSUPERSTRUCTURE. As the standard Transactin LM51 is not suitable for posting inventory document for multiple sites maintained, Developed a new transaction similiar to LM51 for scanning the stock for multiple sites, splitting the quantity entered and posting accordingly.

Developed a webdynpro application to display purchase order details. Using SALV_WD_TABLE component generated an ALV Report, which will display Purchase Order Header & Item Details in a web application. Created an OVS input help for document type and Freely Programmed Help for purchase organisation. Material details for the selected purchase order are listed in an ALV report . Implemented select options in a webdynpro to obtain user input. Achieved quick navigation through the application using the concept of roadmap. Displayed various types of messages on webdynpro. Updated changes in quantity of particular material to the database using BAPI. Implemented concepts like Table popin, Tabstrips and tree (Both alv and table control).

Project Contribution / Task:

Based on user input on a selection screen an object oriented ALV interactive report gets generated that displays item details. User OO ALV tree to display sales order header details User defined functionalities were included for the user to modify the report with the help of push buttons, menu options and function keys. The ALV report will be updated with the changes made after the UPDATE GRID option is chosen either by pushing the button or through the menu option or by pressing the function key.

The ALV report will be restored with the original values that were present prior to user modification, after the RESTORE GRID push button is pressed. A custom made context menu is defined that is displayed when the user does a right click on the ALV report providing an option for the user to PASTE ENTRIES that were copied using COPY ENTRIES.

The selected rows on the ALV report gets duplicated when the COPY ENTRIES option is chosen by the user either by pressing the push button or using the menu option in the menu bar or by using the corresponding function key.

Designed dunning letters for customer open line items using Sapscripts based on the given customer account using select options. Using ALV grid to display the customer details. Downloaded the sapscript into PDF format. Based on the dunning level, the appropriate information were displayed in forms.

Project Contribution / Task:

Created a feature rich user interface screen (dialog screen) that includes a table control with user defined buttons to manage scrolling action creation of a sales order was accomplished with the help of the standard BAPI the sales order creation was maintained as a seperate transaction BDC for converting raw sales order data in flat files to system generated sales orders was accomplished by recording the custom transaction that was used to create a sales order

A feature rich user interface selection screen to choose between the two modes of BDC was built SAPScripts that combined multiple sales orders get generated with a variety of components, and are based on user input on the range of sales orders, For the same range of sales orders an option to convert the SAPScript into a PDF format was also built.
