That the purchase is at liberty to get the sale effected in his name or in the name of his nominee s! That all the expenses on the sale document shall be spent by the purchaser only! That in case the purchaser bac/s out from the bargain the earnest money shall stand forfeited! 3n case the seller bac/s out from the bargain the purchaser can get the damages which shall be double of the amount! That this agreement has been prepared in duplicate, the original has been /ept by the seller and the copy by the purchaser! That all disputes which may arise between the parties shall be sub:ect to the :urisdiction of the "ourts of "handigarh! +o other court shall ha$e :urisdiction to decide the disputes
