PERFORMANCE

The installation and debugging

The radiator assembly radiate for gas engine cylinder

liner after cooler and gear box . The radiator should be
installed at a wide and ventilation ( there are no corrosive
air and dust ) place .
The radiator should parallel the ground . In and out let
cable are installed through the junction box bottom and
are connected with ground wire .
The in and out let pipe should link up according to he
indicator board on the radiator . Before debugging , the user
should add the cooling fluid until full level checking the
water level gauge of expansion tank at the same time .

The principle of working cycle

The cooling water enter into the upper inlet pipe through the
pump and output through the bottom pipe It will radiate
in circle adding cooling water into he gas engine air-water
heat exchanger .

We should put into the antifreeze or soften water

before working ( acid liquid is forbidden ) . Stop to inject
after injecting the liquid to a certain level . If the work
environment is below zero , the water should be exhausted
(antifreeze can be letting go) after finishing work to prevent
parts damaged by frost.

Suggestion : it will be more better to use the ethylene

glycol antifreeze Perennial . The radiator can not touch the
acid or alkaline fluid . Or it will cause the leak . We can not
supply the 3 guarantee services owing to use the unfit
cooling fluid .

The lubrication and maintenance

The lubrication and maintenance before working

We should inject the cooling water or antifreeze liquid

up to the designated position before working . We need
to check if the water-stage is in place or not , if not , add it
timely .whats more we also need to check if the radiator
and its associated part is leaking or not . if leaking , a timely
conversion is needed . The user must change water liquid

to antifreeze protecting the radiator core from freeze when

the temperature is lower than 0

The radiator need to be inspected every 3-5days

once when it works or not . If the working environment is
very bad , we need to check it daily . Whats more , the dust
and other debris between the cooling fin need to be cleaned
timely . we generally clean it in 2-3years depending on the
dust .

other anything when working .

Please see the radiator attention before working . Do

not open the pressure cap when operating . Its more better
for us to open the pressure cap when the temperature is
lower than 70 after stopping . it can not be neglected .
