The salary can be changed in relation to the increase of inflation by agreement of both contracting parties. ART.5. RREIMBBURSEMENTS COSTS T.C.......agrees to reimburse to employee, that he make them from T.C.....and for T.C....and which T.C......preliminary agree. In order to put out spendings,the employee must provide the firm a list of expenses accompanies by appropriate receipts. ART,6. THE TERMS OF REPOSE LEAVE The employee is entitled on 18 working days,the holydays per year according art.1 of Lawnr.6/1992. The employee will take their vacantion at the time set by T.C. ART.7 MEDICAL LEAVE The employee is entitled to the maximum....days of sick leave or unable to work paid per year. S.T.............may requiest a written explanation of his reason for his absence, including a note by doctor that will attested the reason of inability yo work. ART.8 UNPAID LEAVE The employee is entitled to have holydays without oays whose length can not exceed 90 days per year, which may be garanted to resolve personal situation provided by art.25, item 2 of H.G nr. 250/1992. during unpaid leave, the person maintain his statue as salaried and i not affected length of service.(art.25 of the same Governement decision.) ART.9 THE END OF TE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT T.C............my close this contract of employement once the employee has breached the contract or any others legal restriction in fulfilling duties, including 9but not only0 in case of dishonesty, incopetence, conviction for felony. The employee will be paid for period of work perforemd until the date of ending. T.C may end the contract of employment in writting form by a notice submitted 15 days in advance, if the employee becomes physically or mentally ill attested to the medical certificate chosen by T.C. According to art.131 of the Labor Code, the employer shall have the obligation to give a notice of 15 days, in case of dissolution of the labor contract on his own initiative for resons stipulated by art.130, item1, of the Labor Code. employee's salary will be paid for time worked. According to art.129 of the Labor Code, the labor contract may also end by mutual consent, which consent may not continue their employement relationships previously established.

According to art.135 of the Labor code, the employee must inform the employer on his intention to finish te employment with T.C......,15 working days before and if he hold a ledership position, notice 30 days. Failure these provisions and leavingthe service is a deviation and may be sanctioned bu ending this contract. To the initiative's employee, the labor contract stop on reaching limits of 15 or 30 days after event, not required for this purpose approval of employer. According to art.146 of the labor Code, the contract of the employee can not be indone of T.C initiative......., during temporary inability to work, in case of pregnancy or maternityleave, in breastfeeding period and during the care of sick child, except the cases stipulated in art.130, item 1, let. c, d, g, j, k, and i of the Labor Code. Death cause ending aof the employee's contract .according to Law the employee's heir will receive the salary for the work performed. ART.10 SPECIFICATIONS Employee T.C...... are prohibited: 1.disclosure by the employee T.C......of some secret information on the company's activity to a third person or entity. 2.spread or comunicate in public by employe T.C..... statements of the company or its business, designed to mislead them and create a disavantage for the benefit of legal persons. acts referred to in point 1, 2 and 3 or offenses acording to art.4 of Law nr,11/1992 if they aren't comited in condition that could be considered , according to Criminal Law crimes. 3.results of the work conducred in the T.c are the exclusive property of the company and ca not be disclosed in any way to any third person without company. 4.any collaborative activity with a third person(only on activity that is similar to actions taken at T.C) can be done only with the agreement of..... 5.employee will be responsible for quality of work within the limits of his guilt, and will enrole in the actual execution time set for the work in progress. 6.employee has the obligation to fit into established work being sanctioned for breaching it with guilt.
