Robo sand is a artificial sand, that is now increasingly being preferred by leading builders, developers across the country, having proved its mettle and superiority over river sand.

Vital to construction, both for concrete and masonry work, and needed in large quantities, sand has been traditionally lifted from dredging of creeks and riverbeds which in recent times has been causing environmental depletion. worries over possible groundwater

To reduce dependence on river sand for construction purposes, the new mechanised sand made from

granite has been positioned as an ideal substitute in

all aspects. Those promoting the Robo Sand describe it as a quality material offering same strength for structures and better than the conventional sand in some features.

Robo Sand protects environments, promotes ethical and legal construction and also eliminates all the disadvantages of river sand. Apart from this, using of Robo Sand in concrete and masonry works results in substantial saving of cement and thus slashing the construction costs.

DESCRIPTION
It is perfect substitute for river sand. The product is manufactured as per IS 383 -11970

specifications and confirms to zone-II standards. The gradation, cubical shape of the particle helps in producing good concrete of high compressive strength and greater durability in construction.

PROCESS
The plant consists of three circuits namely Primary circuit, Secondary circuit and Tertiary circuit wherein a three-stage crushing takes place.

A 500 mm down size granite rock that is brought from the quarry via operations which involve drilling, blasting, segregation, secondary breaking and transportation to the plant, is fed into to the Primary Circuit consisting of one Jaw Crusher that sizes down this granite rock to produce 150mm down size aggregate.

This 150 mm down size rock is fed into the Secondary Circuit consisting of one Cone Crusher to produce a 40 mm down size aggregate which in turn is fed into the Tertiary Circuit consisting one Vertical Shaft Impactor that produces Sand and Aggregate of the required Gradation & Shape.

Thus the process is quite similar to Mother Natures long drawn out process of creating sand, but here characterised by acceleration that

telescopes formation time into minutes.

High Compressive Strength

ROBO Filling Material: Size: 0-8 MM Application: Filling/Levelling Description: It is widely used for levelling and filling horizontal surfaces.The characteristics of the product ensures that the compaction levels remain same and does not sink at a later stage due to movement of loads or additional weights.The strength of the substrate remains in stable condition when spread in even layers both for internal and external applications.

ROBO Sub Base : Size: 0-20 MM Application: Internal Roads & Sub base in Road Projects Description: It is the first of its kind product launched with 0 to 20 mm gradation. The mix can find extensive applications as a premix product in any large format concreting works like base concrete, mass concreting etc. In road works subbase is the layer of aggregate material laid on the subgrade, on which the base course layer is located. It is necessary for surfaces used by vehicles.

ROBO GSB : Size: 0-53 MM Application: Road Works Description: Granual subase shall consist of a uniform mix of 0 to 53 mm material placed on a subgrade, uniformly shaped, and compacted. It is useful for all road works.It is used as a stable foundation for road with similar properties to prevent differential settling under the road, as a low cost extender that binds with more expensive cement or bitumen either for construction or road works.
