Weve created this program to support you in creating new thought patterns to help you attract your ideal mate. In order for any of us to reprogram our thinking, its been shown that we need to create new habits. Old habits arent changed overnight. Research shows that having a daily routine for a period of at least 90 days is the most effective way to really create new patterns in our thinking. The more consistent you can be with the program the more successful youll be. Its that simple. We highly recommend you take just 10 minutes or less each day for a full 90 days for the simple exercises in this workbook. If you miss a day, just pick up the program again with the next possible day you can. Work through the program until youve completed all 90 days, even if it takes you a few extra days. Dont give up if you find that youve missed several days, or even a week because youve been away, or had an incredibly busy period. Just pick up where you left off. Youll find that you begin to think differently about things, and youll be more alert to your thinking when you give yourself the time to do the daily reconditioning program. Find a time each day that will work for you. We recommend first thing in the morning, but if you find its easier for you to make a commitment to yourself to take 10 minutes just before you go to bed thats fine too. Just do it! We know youll see wonderful results when you do! Enjoy the process, ask for what you want, believe in the law of attraction, trust in this law, and be completely open to receiving what you desire. Start off by writing the date at the top of the page in your workbook. Then go through the Relationship Attraction Conditioning Process for that day. At first some of the statements you make may seem like just words to you without any real meaning or feeling. Continue with the process. Do not skip any steps. You will soon be creating a new reality for yourself in some areas and strengthening an already existing support system in other areas. Remember that what you focus on expands, so make this a positive process throughout. The following pages give you the Declarations and Success Attitudes you will need to refer to on a daily basis.
