Welcome to the 90-Day Relationship Attraction Conditioning Program

Weve created this program to support you in creating new thought patterns to help you attract your ideal mate. In order for any of us to reprogram our thinking, its been shown that we need to create new habits. Old habits arent changed overnight. Research shows that having a daily routine for a period of at least 90 days is the most effective way to really create new patterns in our thinking. The more consistent you can be with the program the more successful youll be. Its that simple. We highly recommend you take just 10 minutes or less each day for a full 90 days for the simple exercises in this workbook. If you miss a day, just pick up the program again with the next possible day you can. Work through the program until youve completed all 90 days, even if it takes you a few extra days. Dont give up if you find that youve missed several days, or even a week because youve been away, or had an incredibly busy period. Just pick up where you left off. Youll find that you begin to think differently about things, and youll be more alert to your thinking when you give yourself the time to do the daily reconditioning program. Find a time each day that will work for you. We recommend first thing in the morning, but if you find its easier for you to make a commitment to yourself to take 10 minutes just before you go to bed thats fine too. Just do it! We know youll see wonderful results when you do! Enjoy the process, ask for what you want, believe in the law of attraction, trust in this law, and be completely open to receiving what you desire. Relationship Attraction Conditioning Program Instructions

Start off by writing the date at the top of the page in your workbook. Then go through the Relationship Attraction Conditioning Process for that day. At first some of the statements you make may seem like just words to you without any real meaning or feeling. Continue with the process. Do not skip any steps. You will soon be creating a new reality for yourself in some areas and strengthening an already existing support system in other areas. Remember that what you focus on expands, so make this a positive process throughout. The following pages give you the Declarations and Success Attitudes you will need to refer to on a daily basis.

Daily Relationship Attraction Declarations


Place your hand on your heart and say the declarations out loud. Think about each declaration as you say it and begin to really feel it as a reality for you.

I attract the relationships in my life. I attract the exact relationships I desire. I attract love into my life. I am loving, lovable and loved. I am truly grateful for all of the love I have in my life now. I am a loving giver and a worthy and open receiver. I honor anyone Im in a relationship with. I value relationships and sharing. Relationships make life more rewarding and fulfilling. I deserve a wonderful, loving relationship because I am a unique and precious wonder of the universe!

7 Attitudes of Highly Successful Daters

Attitude #1 Belief in the Possibility


Henry Ford said If you believe you can or you cant, youre right. Dating is no different. If you believe you will, or will not find a partner, youre right. The highly successful dater has a positive attitude about his or her ability to find and have a wonderful, loving relationship. We attract what we focus on and what we think about expands in our experience. So if you catch yourself saying or thinking any of the following STOP. Reverse the thought. There are no good men/women left. I really dont think this will ever work. Im no good at dating. I seem to always attract losers. My ex was such a jerk. Ill probably spend the rest of my life alone. I dont want to spend the rest of my life alone.

Attitude #2 - Open mindedness


We all have things we think were looking for in a mate. You may have even written up a list of characteristics, personality traits, and shared interests you feel are very important. One of the challenges is that finding a partner is not as simple as walking up and down the aisles of a grocery store. Another challenge is that the list you come up with is what is going on in your conscious mind. Its been shown through various research studies that what we are actually attracted to often is not the same as this list that our conscious mind comes up with because attraction comes from patterns formed in the subconscious, or unconscious, mind. The most successful daters are those who are willing to remain open to meeting a variety of people, even if those people dont necessarily meet all the criteria they think theyre looking for.

Attitude #3 Suspending Judgment/The 3-Date Rule


As human beings we cant help but make instant assessments of people we meet. Its something our subconscious minds just do automatically. We cant turn that instant first impression instinct off. What we can do however, is consciously decide that were going to withhold judgment of the person were meeting until after we get to know them a little better. All of us have had situations in life where our first impression of a person wasnt necessarily accurate, not just in a dating situation. Dont limit yourself by cutting off your options because your first impression of someone didnt sweep you off your feet. We highly, highly recommend you live by the 3-Date Rule. Tell yourself youre going to suspend judgment on the person until youve been out with them at least three times. Youll be amazed at how far off base some of your first impressions may be.

Attitude #4 Honoring
A commitment to honoring our fellow human beings is a key factor to the highly successful dater. The truly successful dater has a code of honor for dating. Just like the military, or any truly successful team of people, a code of honor is critical to success. A code of honor puts mission first, team second, and the individual third. If your mission is to find a mate, your actions may need to follow a do whatever it takes mentality to get the job done. This means honoring your mission enough to step out of your comfort zone, doing something new and different to meet that special person. The successful dater always puts team above individual, or themselves. This means honoring the other person, the person youre about to meet or just met. You have a code of honor that you hold yourself to which enables you to honor the other person in the way you would want to be honored. This includes refusing to be critical, judgmental, or nasty. Even if youve just had what you think was the worst blind date of your life, you honor and appreciate the good in your team member. Youre willing to see that we are each a wonder of uncharted territory in the universe. We will never fully know the depths and beauty of another person, in fact, we will never truly know ourselves completely. Lastly, you honor yourself. You dont rehash every second of the conversation and berate yourself for everything you said or did. You refuse to think of yourself as inadequate or undeserving. You hold yourself as a wonder of uncharted territory in the universe, and do not allow yourself to take rejection personally.

Attitude #5 Enjoyment and Celebration!


The highly successful dater doesnt take dating on as a huge serious, grueling, arduous job. Instead, they have an attitude of enjoyment. They are every bit as serious about wanting to find a life partner, but they make a conscious decision to enjoy the process of meeting new people. They are able to celebrate all of their dating successes. No matter how small the success is, even if its just that for a woman they got a phone call from a man (but didnt meet him), or for a man, saw an attractive woman who smiled at them . They are even able to celebrate rejection, and perhaps laugh at their dating failures. After all, every time you meet someone who isnt the right match for you youre one step closer to finding the right one! These successful daters are always able to find something to enjoy and celebrate in the situation. Maybe it wasnt the most stimulating conversation theyve ever had, but the food was excellent. This isnt an issue of Pollyanna optimism, but its a matter of conditioning the brain for success. Professional athletes spend hours and hours on psychological coaching. They work at programming the brain for success. The smart dater does the same thing to condition themselves for success.

Attitude #6 Patience
The highly successful dater is able to remain patient with the process, and understands that sometimes it really is a process. Once youve made the commitment to finding a mate sometimes everything falls into place quickly and you soon meet Mr. or Ms. Right. Other times there still might be some learning and growing that will help you along the way. The successful dater doesnt throw their hands in the air after theyve met two or three people and say this will just never work for me. The highly successful dater takes each experience as an opportunity for learning and remains open to ways in which they might continue to develop. They are willing to listen and take feedback in the spirit of constructive input. They are willing to think about what part they are playing in the level of success theyre having as a dater, and make changes where appropriate.

Attitude #7 Acceptance
The ability to accept love whenever and however its given is a critical factor for the highly successful dater. The highly successful dater sees themselves as loving, lovable and loved. They know that in order to be able to give love they have to be able to accept love. Love is a full-on give and take sport. This means they are able to accept love in all forms, from all sources. They can accept a compliment from someone they dont know without down-playing it. They can accept an invitation for a date as recognition and acknowledgment of their own positive qualities, even if they cant, or dont want to accept the invitation. They can accept the generosity of a total stranger on a blind date buying them a cup of coffee, no matter how inexpensive, as a sign of the other person honoring them as a valuable human being. They can accept with grace that someone is attracted to them, even if they dont feel the same attraction. With this acceptance they can experience similar grace when the tables are turned and they are attracted to someone, but the attraction isnt mutual. This highly successful dater actually experiences that all mankind is loving, lovable, and loved.

The Relationship Attraction Conditioning Program


Day 1 Date: ___________________

3. Describe how you will feel when what you want to attract into your life is a reality.

4. Success Attitude #1 Belief in the Possibility Read Success Attitude #1 on page 4. Write down why you believe having what you want in your life is a possibility for you.

4. Success Attitude #5 Enjoyment and Celebration! Read Success Attitude #5 on page 6. Write down at least 5 things you have to celebrate in your dating/relationship experience.

Day 6 Date: ___________________

2. Comfort Zone: Think about something that you can, and maybe need to do, to move you out of your comfort zone in your process of finding an idea mate. It may be something as simple as practicing how to flirt by making eye contact and smiling at a stranger. It may be calling or emailing someone who you met and would like to see again. It may be joining a dating service, or online service. Write down the action you are going to take today to move you forward, despite the fact that this will mean acting outside of your comfort zone and probably breaking through some fear.

3. When youve completed the action, write down how you feel now that youve done it. How has this made you grow? What fear have you broken through?

4. Success Attitude #6 Patience Read Success Attitude #6 on page 6. Write down at least 3 examples of when and how you can remain patient and calm in your dating/relationship experience. (Example: I will remain calm when Im hoping to hear back from someone after weve met for the first time.)

4. Choose one person and write down why you are grateful for this person. Describe how they make you feel.

Youve completed your 90-Day Relationship Attraction Conditioning Program. Theres no doubt that if youve made it to this point youve experienced some significant positive changes in your thinking, your feelings and your actions. As you know, its important to keep it up! Dont loose the momentum youve gained. Continuing growth takes consistent awareness of whats going on in your consciousness. Its important that you continue to be alert to your thoughts. Keep them positive with an expectancy of complete goodness. You want to continue to create more and more joy, happiness, love and freedom in your life.
