Preformed Tension Set

Preformed Tension Set is used in the installation of the exposed conductor also used in electric network transmission and distribution and overhead insulated conductor. The reliability and economic advantage is better than the present bolt type and hydraulic compression type Tension Set which now is being widely used in the line. The structure of the Preformed Tension Set is simple, and the pipe structure formed by the two legs of the preformed line would enlace the conductor maturely and would produce a great holding strength. Preformed Ground Tension Set

The preformed ground tension set is used in the ground-wire installation of tower and pole in overhead. The special design predigests structure of preformed ground tension set. Preformed Suspension Set

Preformed Suspension Set is used to fix the conductor to the insulator string on the straight pole and tower, or hang the lightning conductor to the straight pole and tower. The Set could replace the ship-type suspension set such as XGU and XGF, which are widely used in the present running line. Preformed Suspension Set is composed of the hyperbolic drum-type anti-vibration pad made of rubber, the aluminum alloy preformed rods outside the pad, the high-intensity aluminum alloy shell and the strap. Preformed Suspension Set makes use of the hyperbolic drum-type anti-vibration pad to cover the suspension of the conductor, and it bears the excellence of great grip strength, small electric corona and magnetic losses. It is especially suitable for the lines of 220V or over it, and also the line projects of heavy icing area and big span. Preformed Conductor Splice

The preformed splice fitting could be divided into conductor, jump conductor and full splice for ACSR ,T-type splice, preformed splice for galvanized iron wire strands and ground wire and splice for concentric-lay-stranded aluminum-clad steel. According to the different application environments and line materials ,every category of the products could be devided into three series:for ACSR for concentric-lay-stranded aluminum-clad steel and galvanized iron wire strands.All the splice are single preformed rods except the full tension splice for ACSR. The full tension splice for ACSR consist of core plice,filler rods and outer splice. Compared to the present widely used splice pipe and hydraulic compression pipe ,the preformed splice fittings bear the excellence of easy installation , good splice quality ,high-intensity corrosion resistance , light weight, good flexibilty and they would never influence the primary mechanical and electric characteristics. Preformed Full Tension Splice for ACSR

Trait:
1 For the conductor with single material, such as aluminum, aluminum alloy conductor, the splice can renew the mechanism tension of conductor entirely. That means 100% of rated falling load of original wire. Also it can improve the conductivity of conductor. For ACSR, conductor spice could renew 100% strength of aluminum strands and 10% strength of steel core in the setting range. 2 Preformed conductor splice used the same raw material with conductor, so as to ensure the excellent corrosion resistant. Different conductor need to use the suitable splice. 3 The splice for conductor needs to cover conductive sand with protected conductance in the inner layer to ensure the conductance after splicing. 4 The installation of splice is simple, prompt and facility. The installation will not be affected by the electriferous or not of conductor. It can avoid power cut when repairing the conductor. 5) This preformed splice fittings bear the excellence of light weight, high vibration resistance, good flexibility and they would prolong the serve life of conductor.

Note:
1 When the out layer aluminum wire of ACSR or the aluminum conductor broke, we can adopt the conductor splice for repairing. It will renew 100% mechanism strength and electric capability. 2) When the out layer aluminum wire of ACSR or the steel core broke, we need to use preformed full tension splice for ACSR. It will renew 100% mechanism strength and electric capability. 3) When the preformed guy splice or ground wire splice damaged, we need use steel preformed guy/ground wire splice to renew 100% mechanism strength.. 4) T-splice Mainly used in the T-type splice for connecting the conductor with same or different dia.The grip strength of the T-splice is not less than 25% of the rated tensile strength of the conductor. 5) All the conductors, no matter new or old, should be burnished to be bright and clear, covered with high-quality electric grease. 6) The design of preformed conductor splice only be installed and used for one time and couldnt

be used repeatedly or changed under any circumstances.

Preformed Armor Rods

The preformed armor rods are used to keep the conductor from the vibration , clamp compressive

stress ,friction and abrasion , electric arc and other damages, and are always installed in the ship-type suspension clamp and support insulators. The preformed armor rods and repair could repair the damaged conductor and make it recover the primary mechanical intensity and electric capability. The structure of the preformed armor rods and preformed short armor rods is simple and a set of preformed rods become an empty pipe and enlace, hold and protect the conductor.

Vibration Damper

The spiral vibration damper installed on the conductor or ground wire with small dia, to minimize the vibration causing by the breeze. The spiral vibration damper consists of a short section of gripping and a long section of damping. The gripping section holding the conductor tightly to tighten the spiral vibration damper on the conductor line. The damping section to minimize the vibration with collision of conductor line. Turning Fork Type Damper
