retail marketing, agency operations and financial management, Ellen is
responsible for overall management of the agency, strategic leadership and top-
level client relationships. Ellen is actively involved in all of the Dallas accounts
and works daily with our industry-leading clients. Her retail-heavy client roster
includes AT&T, FedEx Office, 7-Eleven, BlackBerry, The Container Store,
American Express, Harrah’s Entertainment, the United States Olympic
Committee, Four Seasons Hotels and A Pea in the Pod, plus over 70 regional
shopping centers and mixed-use centers throughout the United States.

Will Clarke, SVP, Creative Director


Will has over 15 years of communication arts and brand experience. He has
worked with DDB, McCann Erickson, Square One, TracyLocke, Graj+Gustavsen
and most recently T:M, where he was the creative director over Nationwide
Financial and co-writer of the “K-Fed” Nationwide Super Bowl spot, which was
named one of TIME Magazine’s Top TV Ads of 2007. Will’s experience is truly
media agnostic. He has created brand experiences ranging from promotions for
multi-unit retailers like FedEx Office, McDonald’s and Tiffany’s to in-store,
online, mass and ambient campaigns for CPG clients like Emerald Nuts,
Hershey’s, Borden, Tabasco and Frito-Lay. Will is also the author of two novels
from Simon & Schuster: LORD VISHNU’S LOVE HANDLES and THE WORTHY.
He was named by Rolling Stone as the “Hot Pop Prophet” and is a New York
Times Editor’s Choice.

Jörg Deckerhibbel, SVP, Digital Experience Director


With over 15 years of experience in brand building and interactive design, Jörg
has developed integrated marketing campaigns and below-the-line programs
throughout his career. He leads the Dallas interactive team on clients such as
FedEx Office, Entenmann’s, Diamond Foods and 7-Eleven. Throughout his
career, Jörg worked on a wide variety of clients such as Bacardi, Direct Energy,
OshKosh B’Gosh, Discover Card and Macy’s. Among other agencies, Jörg
worked at Leo Burnett in Chicago and created brand experiences for Samsung
and the U.S. Army, and developed highly integrated marketing campaigns for
PM, among other assignments.

Caleb Wills, Senior Interactive Art Director


Caleb has over 10 years of experience in the advertising world, creating work for
every media vehicle under the sun. In interactive, he focuses on creating
websites that engage audiences and build brand loyalty. His work has won
awards and built business for companies like American Airlines, Nationwide
Insurance, superpages.com, Discover Card, Bell Helicopter, Fossil, Microsoft X-
Box, Texas Tourism and 7-Eleven.

Kristen Massey, Interactive Art Director

Kristen graduated from the University of North Texas and has been a team
member at Integer since the beginning of her career. She has worked on
interactive and promotional assignments for AT&T, Slurpee.com, Georgia
O'Keefe.org, Great American Cookie Company, Rent-A-Center, Diamond Foods,
Arnold and Oroweat, as well as contributing to pro-bono work for Contact Crisis
Line. As the newest art director on the interactive team, she brings a fresh eye
for design and enthusiasm to all her projects.

Nikki Lott, Interactive Copywriter


Though Nikki started her career in the Interactive Group of TM Advertising, she
was a key player on one of the first teams at the agency to become truly
integrated and work on in all mediums. She has experience with online ads,
websites, print, radio, OOH, direct mail and POP. Client experience has included
American Airlines, Bell Helicopter, Discover, EDS, Nationwide Insurance,
Nationwide Financial, Superpages.com and Texas Tourism. She also did work
for Moroch Partners on Midas, McDonald’s, Mrs. Baird’s and North Texas Food
Bank. In April 2009, Nikki joined the Integer Group in Dallas as a senior
copywriter.

Danielle Glick, User Experience Designer


Danielle has been designing and coding websites since the 8th grade. At
nineteen, she started her first job as a game designer for Hasbro where she
developed the map template that is now the standard for all Heroscape games.
She graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture,
Art & Planning with a degree in Digital Design – a unique mix of graphic design
principles, interface design, video editing and 3D modeling. She has worked as
a designer or information architect on major brands like KitchenAid, Whirlpool,
Fifth Third Bank, Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon Endosurgery, Catholic
Healthcare West, Tenet, IBM/Lenovo and the board game Risk.

Cody Wagner, Senior Web Developer


Not only has Cody created interactive solutions for such clients as 7-Eleven, the
Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, BlackBerry, Entenmann’s and FedEx Office, he is
also in charge of development for internal applications that improve agency
efficiencies. Cody headed up the team that created Integer’s Online Proofing
System, a tool used to automatically route jobs online, increasing efficiency and
decreasing paper costs and the time used to print and manually route elements.
Cody also helped develop an asset management system and multiple client
calendars – he excels at finding simple solutions for the toughest problems.

Keye Ratley, Senior Multimedia Designer


Keye has been creating rich digital experiences and crafting production-quality
videos for over 8 years. He has produced work for clients such as Slurpee.com,
Bimbo Bakeries U.S.A., BlackBerry, Suzuki, AMD, and FedEx Office. Before
starting at The Integer Group in 2005, he did work for other agencies such as
Tribal DDB, Javelin Direct and TM Advertising.

Kiel Huhn, VP, Group Account Director, Director of Promotions


Kiel has over 15 years of experience in both advertising and promotions, which
enables him to provide complete communications solutions for his clients. He
has created innovative, business-building promotions for some of the largest
brands in the country. Kiel manages the FedEx Office and 7-Eleven accounts
while overseeing promotional activity for all clients in the Dallas office. Prior to
joining Integer, he led the team that worked tirelessly on one of the greatest
turnarounds in retail history for JCPenney. Other experience includes work on
accounts such as PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Hershey Foods Corporation, Life Savers
and Dean Foods.

Jamie Zorbanos
Interactive Producer
Jamie is the Interactive Producer for all brands within the Interactive department
at Integer. She has been working in the industry for three years, building her
knowledge base and making good things happen for the Internet. Jamie has
coordinated an assortment of campaigns including new media,
website/microsite development and online branding for accounts such as
Cadbury Schweppes, Texas Instruments, The Bow Calgary and Trammell Crow.

Christi Reynolds, Interactive Media Director


Christi has over twelve years experience in interactive marketing, and has
stayed at the cutting edge her entire career. She had the fabulous opportunity to
be a part of the team that developed the first website for Travelocity, as well as
a part of the first online advertising ever developed for American Airlines. Christi
has also brought her creativity and “make it happen” attitude to brands like
Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Aquafina, Pepsi/Frito-Lay NFL, Entenmann’s, Thomas’,
Travelocity, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Sonic Drive-In, Greyhound, Paramount
Parks and American Airlines.

Brooke Lillard, Media Planner


Brooke has spent the last five years cultivating dynamic media plans with a
focus on promotional media planning and buying. She is well-versed in
traditional and non-traditional opportunities for local, regional and national
media. Her key client experience has been with AMD, Arnold, BlackBerry, Dr.
Oetker, Entenmann’s and Thomas.

Sean Purtle, Account Supervisor


Sean offer more than fifteen years of experience in developing and managing
successful national promotions, brand advertising, event marketing, retail
marketing and online programs for big brands. He brings his clients a knack for
understanding their business issues and developing programs that get results.
In his career he has worked on business ranging from Conagra Foods to 7-
Eleven, Ponderosa Steakhouse, Long John Silver’s, Rent-a-Center and FedEx
Office.

Toni Lotz, Senior Studio Manager


With over 30 years of experience, Toni brings a wealth of expertise to the studio
at Integer. She ensures that capabilities can adapt to handle client needs and
any number of deliverables, and works closely with all agency teams to
schedule and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality control. Under her
guidance the studio has produced hundreds of thousands of mechanicals and
currently houses 1,700,000MB of archived work. In addition to seven years of
experience on 7-Eleven, she has produced large monthly and quarterly POP kits
for such clients as Beringer Blass Wines, AT&T, American Airlines and
Southland.

Patrick Kiker, Interactive Account Director


Patrick has 16 years of experience in agency and client-side roles managing
product needs and marketing needs. His career began in print and expanded
early to augment the offline experience in the online channel. This experience
gave him the ability to plan, integrate, execute and oversee multi-disciplined
strategies in a variety of digital and print mediums. Patrick has a passion for
translating integrated advertising and promotional programs to live online. His
experience includes work on American Airlines, AT&T, Dell, Jack Daniel’s
Tennessee Whiskey, Match.com, TXU Energy, Diamond Foods, FedEx Office
and Slurpee.

Samer Salfiti, Account Supervisor
Samer has 8 years of experience at Integer. With a passion for strategic
thinking, production and flawless execution, his goal is to ensure every
promotional program is designed for maximum impact. Samer worked on the
team that transitioned Cingular to AT&T, helping to make AT&T the top brand in
wireless retail. He single-handedly led multiple national programs for FedEx
Office, and also has experience on Nokia, Mastercard, DLP and AMD.

Kathy Hurley, Director of Print Production


Kathy has more than 27 years of agency experience in the production of POP
solutions. She travels extensively to research new POP products, techniques
and trends and is a crucial part of our concept development team, as she brings
innovative POP solutions to meet in-store challenges. Kathy has experience with
Pepsi-Cola, FedEx Office, 7-Eleven, George Weston Bakeries, Diamond Foods,
Dave & Buster’s, Cinnabon, Luby’s, Nokia, AT&T, Harrah’s Casinos, American
Airlines, Mountain Dew and Sara Lee.

Jorge Esteban, Copyeditor


Jorge has five years of extensive copyediting and proofreading experience. With
an aptitude for meticulously editing both English and Spanish language copy, he
ensures all promotional materials for our clients comply with ever-evolving
guidelines, legal requirements and brand standards. Prior to joining Integer,
Jorge worked at the Texas Legislative Council where he would proofread bills
for state legislators and lobbyists. He currently works with every client on the
Integer roster.

Julie Landy, VP Group Account Director


Julie has a rich, integrated marketing background, with 20 years of experience in
general advertising, promotion and direct marketing. As an account director for
Pepsi, Julie guided a new formula launch for Diet Pepsi and also led the Brand
Pepsi Activation team for Pepsi, leveraging many sports properties including
Jeff Gordon, NASCAR and MLB. She did her undergraduate work at University
of Wisconsin-Madison and has an MBA from Boston University. She manages
Bimbo Bakeries USA brands, Dr. Oetker Ristorante pizza and Mastercard. In
addition, she has worked on AT&T Broadband, Roche Pharmaceuticals,
Citibank Retail Banking, Citi Credit Cards, and McDonalds.

Jan Gittemeier, Chief Operating Officer


Jan has twenty-five years of experience and has been with Integer for 15 years
providing financial leadership and operations management for the agency. Jan,
a CPA, has degrees in finance and a master’s in counseling. She uses her
analytical and problem-solving skills on a daily basis for the agency and for
clients, to ensure sales goals are met and all client relationships are successful.
Jan and her team have implemented an operations structure and process that
ensures the agency consistently delivers great work, on time and within
budgets. She accomplishes this through continual evolution and refinement of
processes, as well as investments in technology that have streamlined workflow.
Jan is dedicated to allocating agency resources to satisfy the needs of our
clients.

Felipe Teran, Senior Copy Editor


With expertise editing both English and Spanish language copy, Felipe has more
than 27 years of proofreading and copyediting experience. He works to ensure
that all internal and external client communications comply with brand standards
and are error free. He currently works with every client on the Integer roster. His
other experience includes American Airlines and work on websites for
PepsiWorld, Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist, AMP energy drink and the US Air Force.

Julie Grzetich-O’Connor, VP, Account Director


Julie has 22 years of experience in retail, marketing and promotions. Her
emphasis is on transforming client’s business with brand and consumer facts,
strategic intuition, leadership and creativity. She manages cross-discipline and
high-functioning teams, mentoring ac count staff from skill development to
career planning, hiring and training quality talent. Julie has experience on
McDonalds, United Airlines, Amoco Oil, Hallmark, United States Postal Service

Heylee Dawson, Account Executive


Heylee began her career at Integer 3 years ago as an intern and has grown to be
instrumental in developing retail promotions as an Account Executive. Because
of her extensive experience in project management, Heylee is proficient in all
aspects of promotional development from concept stage to execution. With
exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Heylee has played an
essential role in delivering successful promotions for FedEx Office and AT&T.

Eleni Papadopoulos, Senior Account Executive


Eleni joined Integer in 2004 and has built her career developing and overseeing
both in-store and online promotional programs. With a Masters degree in Global
Marketing and Advertising, Eleni offers great insight and perspective on all
projects she leads or assists. She is adept at coordinating with inter-office
departments to see that each project is completed successfully and efficiently
and works seamlessly with the client to ensure strategic delivery. He has
experience with AT&T, Blackberry, and all the Bimbos Bakeries USA brands
including Arnold bread, Thomas’ English Muffins and Entenmanns.

David Morley, Creative Director


David has over 10 years of Interactive experience. to the Integer team. Since
his early days as a web developer, David has been dedicated to helping Fortune
500 companies bring their online initiatives to life. From building Marketing and
Advertising websites for mega brands to the design of E-Commerce websites –
David’s background is a rich mixture of all the creative and technological
opportunities the Internet has to offer. His work has been recognized with
awards from the Web Marketing Association (WMA) and the Interactive
Marketing & Advertising Awards (IMAA) as well as the Dallas Ad League. He
client experience ranges from brands like Secret, Old Spice, Tampax, and Olay,
Dell, JCPenney, Mercer HR, AT&T Broadband and Slurpee.

Donna Maddux, Media Director


With more than 15 years of experience in strategic media planning and buying,
Donna leads the media department at Integer Dallas. She has worked on
numerous product launches utilizing both traditional and alternative media
targeting a range of consumer segments. Her experience also includes working
with IRI in conducting CPG testing as well as working for ACNielsen in field test
marketing. Her client experience includes Bimbo Bakeries USA brands, Frito-
Lay, Taco Bell Food Line, Cracker Jack, Nokia, BlackBerry, Pioneer and Radio
Shack.

David Bell, Associate Creative Director


David has 23 years of communication design, promotions and retail marketing
experience. He is a passionate creative who always makes sure the message is
on the mark and communicated in a relevant and meaningful manner. His work
has been recognized by New York Festivals, Design of The Times presented by
POP Times and the Dallas Ad League TOPS Awards. For 16 years David
directed promotional and retail-specific work on clients such as PepsiCo, Frito-
Lay, Fetzer Wines, ADVO, Pizza Hut, Del Monte Foods, Pounce Cat Treats and
Meow Mix Cat Food. His other experience includes work on clients such as the
Dallas Mavericks, DART, Hyatt Hotels of Texas, Ameritrust, the Dallas
Arboretum and Lotto Athletic Shoes.

COURTNEY JONES, Account Director


With 10 years of direct, promotional and trade area marketing experience for
several retail and casual dining concepts, Courtney has a proven track record of
building and maintaining client satisfaction through strategic planning and
organizational development. She specializes in transitioning strategic learning
into actionable intelligence and connecting consumer insights with planning
objectives to deliver proven results. As and account director on the Domino’s
Pizza account, Courtney was responsible for account development, annual
planning and execution of direct and local store marketing efforts for over 800
corporate locations. Her other brand experience includes Steak & Ale,
Ponderosa Steakhouses, Popeye’s Chicken & Biscuits, Jiffy Lube, Oasis Car
Wash, California Pizza Kitchen and AT&T.

Craig Carl, SVP/Creative Director


Craig has over 25 years of experience in developing award-winning advertising
and promotions. He is well-versed in translating consumer insights to impactful
graphic solutions that make sales at retail, and has a proven track record for
bringing winning solutions to both retailers and their partners. Craig previously
worked as Executive Creative Director at Circuit City, and as a VP, Creative
Director at FAME in Minneapolis, where he developed national programs for
Target, Best Buy, Disney and US Bank. Craig joined FAME after leading his own
New York-based agency with clients such as The Atlanta Olympic Games, The
NFL, Simon Properties, Melville Corporation, Major League Baseball and The
American Cancer Society. Craig currently leads the teams that develop creative

Bryan Rachal, Senior Art Director


Bryan is an art director who has built his career on precise execution and
extensive retail experience. An expert at POP creative, his in-store POP has
proven to streamline the retail space. He handles everything from the creation of
national promotions to designing innovative packaging and collateral. He has
experience on Thomas’ Hearty Grains, Chock full o’Nuts, Hills Bros.

Bryan Holzwanger, Account Supervisor
Bryan has a decade of experience in marketing strategy, advertising, direct
marketing, sales promotions and public relations in consumer and business-to-
business markets. He has worked with clients in national and international
markets, in sectors ranging from convenience retail to hospitality & tourism to
services, and spent time on the client-side of the business. He has contributed
significantly to building brands for 7-Eleven, FedEx Office, First Horizon National
Corp., Terminix, TruGreen, Louisiana Office of Tourism, Sol Melia and Marriott.

Bill Kreighbaum, SVP, Creative Director


With over 20 years experience in promotions, brand advertising, direct
marketing and online marketing, Bill taps into behavioral insights to capture
consumers’ attention and convince them to buy. His work has been recognized
in many national creative awards shows, including The One Show and in
Communication Arts Advertising Annual. Bill has a strong consumer electronics
and retail background, leading the creative teams that produced compelling
work for clients including Nokia, BlackBerry, Pioneer Electronics, MasterCard,
JCPenney and American Airlines. Other client experience includes George

Brian Wakabayashi, Senior Account Planner


Brian is an experience brand planner who works closely with both agency
partners and clients in the areas of new product development, connections
planning and interactive strategy. His experience with market research and brand
strategy development was heavily utilized as the strategic planning lead on the
agency-side to help Taco Bell launch their next-generation value menu. He has
worked with a wide variety of clients including KFC, Goodwill, Yamaha, Toshiba
and Lehman Brothers. Currently he works on the Bimbo Bakeries USA team,
handling insight and strategy development.

Ann Pearson, Creative Director


Ann has 25 years of experience in building integrated campaigns that connect with
consumers. She’s done everything from creating Skinny Cow’s website to managing
global brands on a turnkey level for Western Union, Philly Cream Cheese and Ritz
Crackers. Ann is passionate about discovering what’s visually sticky in a brand’s DNA,
and is an essential component of the new business team at Integer. Her prior post before
joining the Integer team was as Group Creative Director at JWT Chicago where she’s lent a
strategic and visual voice for such diverse accounts as Nabisco, Kimberly-Clark, Illinois
Tourism, Western Union and Kraft.

Anna Mitchael, Associate Creative Director 
Anna has a decade of experience as a copywriter, working in creative boutiques, 
advertising agencies and in‐house for Fortune 500 companies across the country. 
Her extensive brand experience coupled with a proficiency in retail marketing gives 
her the ability to contribute significantly to strategic development and cross‐agency 
teams. In the course of her career, Anna has created award‐winning work for brands 
like Coca‐Cola, Visa, The Glenlivet, Starbucks, Thomasville Furniture, Jiffy Lube, Silk 
Soy Milk, FedEx Office and Slurpee.  

Andrew Tinch, Creative Director


Andrew’s 15 years in creative development has covered every aspect of the  
in-store experience including store design, digital POP, merchandising, package
design, product design, in-store promotions and on-premise events. With a
strong business orientation, Andrew knows how to develop creative that sells
product at retail. He has extensive fountain, fresh foods, packaged goods and
retail experience, including creative leadership of Cingular. His other experience
includes Fossil Watches, Frito-Lay, Pepsi-Cola, Snickers Marathon, 7-Eleven,
Chock full o’Nuts, Cinnabon, Dave & Buster’s, Mug Root Beer, Disney, FedEx

Abby Schroder, Account Director


Abby has over a decade of experience in marketing strategy, advertising, direct
marketing and retail marketing. She excels at the strategic development and
execution of national promotions to build brands and generate sales at retail.
Prior to leadership on the AT&T account, Abby managed the strategic planning
and execution of Domino’s Pizza for five years. Her client roster includes Pro-
Cuts, Dave & Buster’s, GameStop, Metromedia, Popeye’s, Church’s and Tony
Roma’s.

Andrea Tipton, Account Director


With over 10 years in advertising and promotions, Andrea has extensive
consumer technology experience with blue-chip brands. She brings her clients
expert knowledge in brand building, strategic planning and execution of
integrated advertising and promotional programs in national, regional and local
markets. Andrea led the launch of the AMD and HP LIVESTRONG™ computer,
benefiting the Lance Armstrong Foundation. The program was so successful
that LIVESTRONG™ was the best-selling laptop at CompUSA in the first quarter
of the launch and overall unit sales have gone to top 40,000. Andrea has worked
on several other accounts throughout her career including JCPenney, Hampton
Inn Hotels, Doubletree Hotels, Mrs. Fields Cookies, Air Liquide, Gladney

Jodie Green, Account Supervisor


Jodie has extensive experience in the creation of national retail promotions. She
excels at organizational challenges and is an essential player in building positive
relationships with clients. Jodie currently manages the Bimbo Bakeries USA
brands at Integer. Her previous experience included Del-Monte and Frito-Lay
brands including Lay’s, Tostitos and Cheetos.
