    SubRay-Ideal Radiant Floor Heating Solution for Wood Frame Construction. These preassembled climate floor panels is excellent for for floating installations over existing slabs, and will dramatically reduce installation time and cost for large rooms with plywood subfloors (either fastened or floating). European Baltic Birch is kiln dried, won’t splinter or crack, and holds nails and screws better than any constructiongrade plywood. Sleepers are made from a high quality, 7-ply, Douglas Fir, boat grade ply wood that is finished and sanded on both sides. Both Birch and Douglas Fir compnents are made of multiple thin laminations for dimensional stability. Order 15 mm components for use with 3/8” RadiantPEX; order 18 mm components for 1/2” RadiantPEX and 3/8” Onix piped systems. All SubRay products are made of eitherBaltic Birch or Douglas Fir.
