clampingtheforeskinandcuttingitoff.Theskinofthepenisisacomplexmovable'sheath'withnoclear
indicationofwhereitshouldbecutduringacircumcision.Thismeansthattheamountofforeskinremoved
fromonecircumcisiontothenextcanbeverydifferent,andnotwocircumcisionsarethesame.
