M1:Great sales conference.
M2:Yeah. And Chicago's a good place for it, isn't it?
M1:Uh-huh. By the way, Dave, I've been meaning to ask you something.
M2:Go ahead.
M1:Well, I don't know if you've heard, but I'm being tranfered to Asia from the New York office.
M2:Right. And they're letting you choose which city, aren't they?
M1:Yeah. The only problem is that I don't know much about Asia. You're worked in all our offices
in Asia. Could you give some advice?
M2:Sure, no problem. Well, I think I told you I started out in Bangkok.
M1:What was that like?
M2:Really interesting. I was studying Buddhism at the time so it was great. There are some
amazing temples in Bangkok. It's not very expensive to live there, either.
M1:Have you ever lived in Tokyo?
M2:Oh, sure. I loved it there. It's a really exciting place to live and very modern. You've got to see
the Ginza in downtown Tokyo.
M1:What about Seoul? You worked there, too, right?
M2:Uh-huh. Seoul's a really big city, but I always felt safe there, even late at night. I sometimes
went to this all-night market called Namdaemun.
M1:And Singapore?
M2:Well, Singapore isn't very big but it's very convenient to get around.
M1:I've heard it's also very clean?
M2:Yeah, it's very clean. And the restaurants are great.
M1:Hmm... it's not going to be easy to decide. They all sound great.
