post but well worth the read especially for those of you new to the ascension awakening Please share Below is a list of ascension symptoms, with a description of why it is happening. These symptoms can come and go over the ascension process, some of them can be worrying and confusing, if you at all worried please do go to the doctor, but the majority of the time they wont find anything actually wrong with you. These symptoms are the process of the ascension universal divine energy, which is attuning our body to the new energy frequencies we are receiving, and as it travels through our chakra energy centers it can cause problems to manifest within our body. 1. Sleep difficulties, from sleep deprivation to too much sleep, early waking, restless, a need to suddenly get up even though you are tired, waking at same times most nights, nocturnal panic attacks. Why? -many people wake up at the same time every night around 3/4am this is when the veils between dimensions are at their thinnest, and many people find their energy become raised at these times too, hence the not being able to sleep. 2. Headaches, especially in the 3rd eye (chakra energy center between your brows), constant headaches, dizzyness with this too, and feeling sick. Why? - As the ascension works through our 3rd eye and crown chakra it is awakening our pineal (crown chakra) and pituitary (3rd eye chakra) glands, and other parts of the brain related to the 3rd eye and crown to fuse them together. This awakens the psychic and mediumship abilities, and leads to the connection to working with source/universal divine energy for healing work. The right and left sides of the brain are being configured to work together as well. 3. Aching joints, muscles and bones, heavy feeling in the body, and lethargic. Why? - These feelings are related to a lot of release, and as the ascension is changing our DNA structure these symptoms are a bit like growing pains 4. Dreams, vivid, real like, change to how you use to dream, remembering more, being talked to/having spiritual conversations, shown things, colour dreams and flying ones. Why? - during sleep we all astral travel every night we dont always re member, the ascension energy is activating so much of our hidden knowledge and as we sleep our spirit is receiving a lot of this knowledge, this is why so many wake up feeling tired because we are literally working in our sleep. 5. Psychic ability heightened, or suddenly being activated. Why? -As the ascension activates our 3rd eye chakra center (between our brows) this awakens our

psychic ability or heightens it if you already use this ability. 6. Synchronicities and coincidences happen more frequently. Why? - as our energy vibration rises, and as we tap into source more, which we can do through meditation and connecting with our higher self you will find that these happen a lot more frequently, because as you connect to source your energy flows. 7. The 5 senses change; ringing/high pitch/buzzing sounds in the ears, sound may hurt the ears, the pitch seems louder and more intense than usual, taste buds change foods you liked before you don't now, eyes are more sensitive to bright lights and visual disturbances happen, clouded vision or everything seems more radiant. Body reacts differently to hot and cold and touching things feels different like a loss of sensation. Strange metallic taste in the mouth. Why? - this is related to our frequency raising as it does it can cause many of these symptoms, because our body is adjusting to the frequencies. 8. Noticing numbers, especially 11, also 22 and 23, and certain others, 11 coincidences like seeing 11:11 on the clock every day. New number combinations come in and out too recently l have been seeing 9:09 5:05 on the clock, same number but with zero in-between, 1, 0 combinations actual digits, binary. Why? - seeing number sequences especially 11:11 is a wake up call and a message from your guides, the angels and the divine that you are on the right path, its like a prompt to let you know you are doing well too. 9. An extreme need/thirst for knowledge and understanding, asking questions/looking for answers, wanting to find others like you, and a feeling of unlocking hidden knowledge. Why? -this is when the awakening truly begins as we want to find out all about life and find answers to our 1000s of questions, try to not burn yourself out as the thirst for knowledge can be over whelming at first, but it can be a great time to start to find some answers and will lead to you connecting within to your higher self, your soul that holds so much hidden knowledge, once you start connecting within through meditation practice it will unravel so much hidden knowledge and have a lot of answers you seek. 10. extreme changes in mood, from highs to lows, sometimes suddenly without any reason, a sense of paranoia and feeling like you are going crazy, like you have an overload in information/frazzled brain so to speak, a feeling of helplessness, and that no one understands you, feeling lost, confused, wanting out/giving up feeling. Unstable emotions/ feelings, easily upset, sometimes for no reason, want to cry/scream/laugh madly all of a sudden depending on feeling, sensitive to sound/light/smells (5 senses heightened) Why? - This is linked to your energy vibration raising or lowering as your physical and spiritual parts of you struggle to adjust to the new frequencies. Also linked to emotions being released from your chakra energy centers, allow the emotions to be released dont fight them, let them flow out of you, its a great release, and clearing, its also important to look at what emotion is being released is it anger, frustration, disappointment, low selfesteem issues, not feeling happy within? When you look within and address the emotion you may find a lot of past feelings and emotions come up for you, as this is releasing things from your subconscious.

Visions, vivid imagination, strong desires. 12. change in eating habits, not feeling as hungry, taste buds changing, wanting to eat healthier foods especially raw foods, having cravings for certain foods. 13. Feeling vibrations within the body, tingling sensations in hands, arms, head, a cobweb effect feeling on the arms and head. Why? This is related to feeling the energy moving around your body, it is a positive thing as you are becoming aware of your own energy. 14. A feeling of emptiness inside, wanting to spend more time alone, difficulties with personal relationships a push pull effect on one hand wanting to be with someone and on the other not wanting to be. Why? This ascension symptom can last for a long time l look at this part of the journey when we can do a lot of inner self work, lots of healing and looking at what we want and dont want in our life. 15. The immune system becoming weakened causing all manner of symptoms from getting more colds than usual, feeling run down and tired, it covers many areas when it isn't working properly. 16. Extreme changes in body temperature with surges of cold or heat. Why? - This is related to our vibration raising or lowering (the tug of war between our physical and spiritual parts of us, the physical wants to stay grounded in 3d and our spiritual is trying to rise into 4th, 5th and higher as the ascension energy is activating and rising our frequency through activations and shifts) 17. A huge need to change everything in your personal and professional life, a de-cluttering letting go of most materialistic possessions, wanting to simplify your life. Why? - This is because the ascension energy is releasing many things associated with our ego, like materialism, and is showing us what we actually need for even just basic survival living, its taking away the want want scenario, and showing us not to be so dependent on the easy living such as we have everything at our finger tips, it wants us to understand the real simplistic life that many of us have forgotten about due to our rush society, and wanting everything now. 18. Changes to relationships, friendships, personal relationships ending. Why? - this is happening because the ascension is working on our needy side and our self -worth, often we want a personal relationship to fill space in our life, and because we want to feel loved, adored, appreciated, and valued, the ascension energy is teaching us about self-acceptance, selfvalue and self-worth, and most importantly about self-love, and once we learn what self-love means and how it feels, the needy side of us will disappear and the need for a partner will be less. Friendships are changing because as our frequency rises our friends may just beginning their ascension and will be at a different frequency, you may find you dont share the same outlook on lif e, and in other areas you will start to clash. As our frequency energy rises it will become more and more uncomfortable to be around those in lower frequency.
