CAN COMMUNICATE
Dealing with people from various backgrounds and from all level requires
communication skill. Educations, trainings and courses, organizations and work
experiences have taught me how to work with different people from various
backgrounds and from all level. In my perspective, I have to transfer knowledge to
others, which requires good communication skill. And other side I have to be good
listener related new knowledge and listened instruction from my supervisor.

Educations and experiences in previous works taught me the necessity for
individual who can learn quickly, due to the existence of various responsibilities,
the preference for instance, within limited time to enable the organization in

EXPRERIENCED IN MANAGING
Being an organizer and member in many organizations in the level of university
and out of university also experiences in previous works have given me the
knowledge of management to reach out the goals and targets with provided
resources. And now, I have responsible to manage some people from any site in
my department to reach goal together.

EXPRERIENCED IN AUDITING AND ACCOUNTING


Since I joined with Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Ishak, Saleh, Soewondo and
Rekan in Jakarta, my knowledge of auditing and accounting to be better not only
theory but practices. I conducted audit to some company to correct all mistaken
they did related financial report included taxes.
EXPRERIENCED IN NGO
When I worked as Finance Consultant project the World Bank, I have
responsitibilty to control all cost in all section in government section at Cilacap
District. I did socialization related the rule of project’ responsibility, controlled and
evaluation.

EXPRERIENCED IN ISO AND SAFETY


When I joined with PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk as contract employee, I have duties
to ensure the guidelines of ISO and Safety at Logistic Department is running. I
always checked guidelines with the true condition and I have to improve when the
guidelines no relevant. Beside that I must prepare anything to audit internal and
external both ISO (ISO 9001 and 14001) and Safety (SMK3, International Audit and
OHSAS 18001).

EXPRERIENCE IN HAULAGE, COMPLIANCE AND TRAINING


As personal which usual with company target, I always do act base on plans.
Arrange the time for training and conduct training to a new driver (we call OTM
or Operator Truck Mixer) is a commit of task to transfer of knowledge when OTM
just join at company for the first time. Beside that, I must ensure that safety,
branding, cleanliness, ISO and other relations are implementations by contractor
including registered and license of truck.

EXPRERIENCED IN TEACHING
At least six years experiences in teaching field has made me realized the power of
transfering knowledge, not only merely as teaching, but also as empowering
students. I was given the opportunity to be the Assistant Lecturer of Laboratorium
Komputer Jenderal Soedirman University (UNSOED) in 1996 – 2001 and instructor
of other colleges.

As assistant lecturer and instructor have taught me how to operate Microsoft
