IMPORTANT EDITORIAL NOTICE

Beginning in 1993, I started an effort that was designed to identify first hand military and government witnesses to UFO events and projects,as well as other evidence to be sed in a p blic disclos re! From 1993, we spentconsiderable time and reso rces briefing the "linton #dministration, incl ding "I# $irector %ames &oolsey, senior military officials at the 'entagon, and select members of "ongress, among others!
