New Extension Center Holds First Session

The extension center in Antananarivo, Madagascar, has officially opened. From December 2 to 19, AA!T "ice #resident $ean %and& 'far left( ta)ght *ontemporary African Theology and %iblical +thics to a class of 19 st)dents, ranging in age from 2, to -2. Most are %ible school teachers, and several serve as national and regional leaders in the Assemblies of .od of Madagascar, incl)ding .eneral !)perintendent /elinirina 0amaroson, Assistant .eneral !)perintendent Fredy 0a1afimahefa, and .eneral !ecretary #arami 2n3ona. *oordinator 4ate 5ash6ay comments, 7There is an incredible thirst for ed)cation here. #astor %and& has really stretched their thin8ing, and they have been challenged 9)ite a bit thro)gh all the reading and disc)ssions.: The next session 6ill be held in $)ne 21;<.
