Innovation is very critical among the members of its workforce since it operates in global environment. By creating such a workplace, Unilever company has came one step closer to achieve innovation and creativity as their competitve advantage. The innovative capability of PT Unilever combined with integrated process and a supportive culture creates sustainable competitive advantage. PT Unilever highly considering innovation as a high-leverage which could create an employee who have overall adeptness and competence to stay competitive in global market. Due to the stiff competition among companies nowadays, the encouragement of innovation and creativity must be owned. Innovation as a ground for doing business in the 21st century will be the consistent force that the organisation must either strive to adopt or suffer the consequences of being left behind by competitors.

2. Creating more Communicative and better Teamworks among Co-Worker Employees must be motivated to contribute their suggestions, ideas, or anything that pertains to potential profit-gaining activities through various means like meetings, intranet, and other forms of communication. The concept of teamwork relies on the ability of every team player to communicate with all the members of the workplace situation. Furthermore, teamwork is also attributed to the positive effects upon the psychological health and well-being of organisations member. By creating these work environment, PT Unilever and the others could managing an open and free communication process among it workers. This serves as the pathway through which ideas, suggestions, and insights that would potentially generate change and new features in the system are discussed. Communication also keeps and maintains values and relationships necessary to keep the system of the united organisation. PT Unilever worker are encouraged to extend communication initiatives among various departments

3. Becoming more Attractive to Prospective Job Applicant On the aspect of HRM, by creatinmg this work environment, the companies could select more competent and more intrested applicant. PT Unilever and other companies would have a good employment brand, in result its easier for them to recruit more skilled worker with high enthusiasm toward the company itself. Generally, this company upholds the key HRM functions namely; attracting a quality workforce, developing a quality workforce, and maintaining a quality workforce. It has been recognised that HRM is a fundamental element in an organizations life and well-being, since its beginning, for the reason that it is considered as an important means to uphold competitive advantage. In this emerging system of global working setting, the critical factor in production has shifted from machines and equipment to the "knowledge" worker

CONS 1. The Absence of Clear Management Structure It still tradition in our country where the supervisor should have separate facilty with supervised employee to create barrier that could help supervisor assess employees permorfance fairly. When all employee share faculty together, it would destroy the barrier within organization that separate core management structre. All employee would feel equally on the same level because the company itself didnt give any different facilty to upper supervisor. Conflict among co-worker would easly occur because employees have differing values and experience differing situations The lack of hierarchy resulted to confusion about control and decision making power and practically affects overall working conditions. The understanding of management structure is directly linked to enhanced organisational performance requiring employees management to review its organisational composition, job positions, and area of control.

2. Poor Employee Relations and Work Ethic When people work at relaxed environment they tend to take it to their work performance. Not all people become proactive when they are getting nurtured from the company. Also, if someone is spending the maximum part of his time in the office, its natural to share some or the other secrets with the team members. If you fight with others, you cant rely on anyone

and things would be really difficult for you. One has to pretend always and cant speak his heart out. Rumors, negativity, and gossip among employees can foster low morale and increase absenteeism. It is not unusual for employees to call in sick because they are afraid of or angry with another employee.

3. Creating an Informal Working Environment In Indonesia, informal working environment isnt cosnidered as good as in western. When a company are getting used to the infromal working environment, their employees would be branded to be arrogant at times and never kept their appointments and always turned up late for clients presentation. To solve this, the HR leader/manager is the key person that upholds the welfare, matters of concerns, as well as conditions of the entire workforce. With this given intricate set of tasks, the need to identify its overall role is imperative as it determines the scope of its managerial functions and power
