The first task of this report is to construct a Functional Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) worksheet group reffering to the lubricating oil system. On these sheets arious possible abnormalities of the system are going to be mentioned and the e!pected response of the automatic control system of the unit is to be intimated. "n addition suggestions as far as the reaction of the crew members is concerned are going to be gi en and the pre enting actions and regular maintanance which ahould be carried out by them are going to be highlighted. A drawing of the lubricating oil system layout is gi en o erleaf and the e!planation of the switches if gi en below# $%&# $essure sensor gi ing signal for the automatic staring of the stand'by pump in case of low pressure. $A&# $ressure sensor sounding alarm in case of low pressure. %&(# $ressure' temperature sensor for the slow'down of the engine.
