Section 1

The first task of this report is to construct a Functional Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) worksheet group reffering to the lubricating oil system. On these sheets arious possible abnormalities of the system are going to be mentioned and the e!pected response of the automatic control system of the unit is to be intimated. "n addition suggestions as far as the reaction of the crew members is concerned are going to be gi en and the pre enting actions and regular maintanance which ahould be carried out by them are going to be highlighted.
