ABSTRACT :In the city, people consume water contamination domestic waste. This is because clean water is expensive. Moringa seeds use to purification water with traditional method. This can be applicated with seimple method. Moringa seed can purification waste water and neutralize E. Coli bacteri in the water. Moringa seeds is traditional method to purification water. Water is important source to support mankind to life in the earth. People are usually use water for daily living. It likes a bath, washing, water vegetation or something else. Human is consume water for dringking and cooking. For consume human must use clean water, because clean water is health. clean water is water use for daily activity which quality of water qualify for health and can drink if it has been cooked. (regulation of health minister number 416 year 1990) People use water everyday. Water used from spring and groun water. In the city, people used water river to cooking and dringking. Water used in the city have colour more yellow, not clear. Surely water river in the city is not clean water. Water was contaminated waste. Clean water in the city is expensive thing. The marginal have not able to buy clean water in the city. People used water river and any contaminated water to consume. It is dangerous. It have effect to healthly if uses long time. Domestic waste and heavy metals are mixed in this water river. They use water river because disable to buy clean water. The marginal must have a way to to proces water in to clean water. It is call purification. Long ago, traditional way to clean water is mixed water with moringa oleifera seeds. We can use this local wisdom to make alternative way to solve this problem. Moringa seed have coagulant function can bond waste particle. the particle can be neutralize. Anti bacterial subtance in the moringa seed can clean water from E.Coli. Water purification with Moringa seeds (Moringa oleifera) can be said to purify water with chemicals, because the collision delicate moringa seeds can cause clumps (coagulant) on impurities contained in the water. Conclusion Moringa seed can be neutralize water waste because koagulasi function make effect to waste particle. Waste in the water was split by moringa powder. E.Coli in the water was clean by moringa powder. Moringa seed is simple method to purification water. It is useful for marginal in the city. To incriease quality of water.
