to be a big hit with interested

Walker Street Light Buildings site
developed by Manchester-based
Gladedale.
The offices are based on the ground
and first floor levels with 68 apart-
ments above.
So far, Kaplan Financial has rented
608 sq ft of space on a three-year
lease, and two first floor suites of 608
sq ft and 1,350 sq ft respectively are

David Patterson, of Gladedale, said,
“There has been a healthy interest in
the units and we are ultimately very
happy that three out of the four units
have already been snapped up not
long after completion.
“The units are placed in an excellent

Law Courts and into the city centre
and all the amenities that can be
found there.”
The remaining unit is 1,350 sq ft and
is located on the ground floor.
A spokesman for Robert Pinkus and
Co, acting on behalf of the landlords,
said: “The building provides
prospective tenants with a central re-
ception area with toilets, lifts and
stairs for access to the upper floors.
“The suite will be fitted out to a shell
form so that occupiers will have the
opportunity to fit out the accommo-
dation specific to their own require-
ments.”
