Shekinah World Mission Center Lends Support to Parishioner Embroiled in Extended Custody Dispute
Church will stand with Mother who is embroiled in a long running custody dispute, and now faced contempt of court charges. 5-year-old daughter was taken away from her mother for already 40 months because she complained being abused by her father and her step-brother. Cupertino, CA, December 31, 2013 /PressReleasePing/ - Pastor Peychen Young and Pastor Gabriel Young, M.D., who leads the Shekinah World Mission Center, want people to know that the Mission stands with Yi Tai Shao. Shao faces contempt court changes in the latest twist in a long running custody battle before a California Family Court. According to the courts documentation, the order was made after the 5-year-old complained of abuses at her fathers place. On August 4, 2010, the minors counsel BJ Fadem stated: The 5-year-old has expressed to me she does not want to go to Father's house. That Father hurts her. That Father and Richard, the stepbrother, hurts her. .. she was hit in her head, nose, ear, back, side, and was stepped on her toes. The mother, Yi Tai Linda Shao, stood up to protect her child but was surprisingly taken away custody. It is the longest supervised visitation case in the U.S. No one would give hands to this little child nor looking at her medical charts. On August 4, 2010, the day the custody was taken away, it was a Case Management Conference that no judge should have issued a substantive order, but this order was made, without prior notice nor an evidentiary hearing, overriding the childs wishes, complaint of abuses and objection. The court instructed Mother to bring the 5-year-old to the Court with an excuse of conducting interview; surprisingly, the child was immediately locked in a room and was ordered to stay there for more than 3 hours. The court prolonged the hearing to afterhours. When the hearing was over, at 5:40 p.m., she was crying in tears when being escorted out. On the next day evening, the child exhibited 1.5 inches purple swelling under each eye, spaced out without a smile, wearing a red coat without hands in the sleeves. When her brother hugged her saying good-bye, she trembled. In fact, on August 5, 2010, unknown to the mother, there were ordered filed that day which were never served upon any party. As testified by the courts screener, how the August 5s orders were made was because of a voice mail from the fathers attorney to the court, at the late evening of August 4, 2010. The fathers attorney admitted in his declaration filed on June 17, 2013 with the Court that he did call in the court at the night but argued the contents of conversation he communicated were not new. The mother subpoenaed the court and the

attorney for the phone records, which were both denied. The ex parte communication between an attorney with the court was suppressed. Mother filed a motion to set aside these orders based on violation of Constitutional Due Process and extrinsic fraud. In July 2011, the Court granted mothers motion but maintained in force the vacated orders. The entire legal system is manipulated without a leash. On December 16, 2013, the Family Court further ordered to prosecute Mother on Father's complaint that Mother violated that vacated order. Despite the Order was vacated, the Family Court will prosecute the Mother, which may subject Mother to 20 days' jail term. Mother asks for public support. First Corinthians 13:4 states: 'Charity suffereth long, and is kind.' While forgiveness is ordained by God, I hope the court will extend such 'charity' to Ms. Shao. The mother came to me with a broken heart. She spent three years trying to have a second child, and endured six months of bed rest before giving birth to a little girl, all with the hope of seeing the child grow up. We hope to seem them reunited, especially during the Christmas holiday, when people everywhere are enjoying time together with their families, says Pastor Peychen Young, of the Shekinah World Mission Center. Pastor Young further stated, I have two parrots. At one time I separated the pair. As time went by, I observed that both of them looked sad and lacked appetites. When I put them back in a single cage and saw their renewed happiness, this led me to think of this case. All animals, including human beings, need to know intimacy and charity. The relationship between a mother and her child is a close relationship. That relationship should not be broken or each will have a broken heart. I wish to see Ms. Shao and her child together and happy again, just like my two parrots." The contempt proceeding is at Sunnyvale Family Court of Santa Clara County, Department 82, where Judge Theodore Zayner is presiding, Case Number 105FL126882.
