In todays increasingly competitive environment, the secret to competitiveness and growth is an organisations ability to learn and evolve. Executive Education at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School helps organisations and their leaders meet these objectives by developing business knowledge and management skills through world-class leadership development programmes. As part of an elite group worldwide with triple accreditation from EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA, we draw on our own faculty and from world renowned faculty from many of the top business schools around the globe.
Winning Negotiation Strategies was the best development programme that I have attended in the last 10 years. The role-plays, case studies and the real life examples given by Stephen Boyle were both engaging and informative. The overall delivery and the pace of the two days was excellent and I have since recommended the course numerous times.
Sean Morris, Head of Operations, Vilicom
This diploma is professionally run from start to finish and I derived huge benefit from it. Corporate governance issues are and will remain big business issues and this programme is bang on target. I learned from it. I enjoyed it. I recommend it.
John Redmond, Company Secretary, ESB. Class of 2012

The Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching was terrific, an education not only in skills which I can apply every day, but also in coming to a greater understanding of how helping others grow and reach their potential can do the same for me at the same time.

Customised Programmes
Increasingly organisations are seeking to develop programmes that are tailored to meet their specific needs and designed to deliver a tangible return on investment. Our philosophy for the design and delivery of customised executive education programmes is to provide access to world class faculty from our own teaching team and our international network. We place strong emphasis on designing programmes that blend contemporary business content with highly-interactive action learning so that each participant can put the new learning to use immediately. The most successful customised leadership development initiatives have the endorsement and active participation of the CEO/MD and their senior leadership team. Dublin
When I die Dublin will be written in my heart.
James Joyce
Dublin is one of Europes oldest cities and has a long history of academic excellence. A vibrant and multi-cultural city, it was recently voted as the world's 8th best city to study in by QS. www.topuniversities.com Dublin brings together the best of traditional Ireland as well as modern Europe and is currently home to the European Headquarters for many multinational organisations including Google, Facebook, Pfizer, Apple and Intel, to name just a few. The cultivating place of James Joyce, Beckett, Shaw, Yeats, the Chieftains, U2, Riverdance and more artists and writers than you could count, its the capital city of the country with the youngest and finest educated population in Europe. Few capital cities combine learning, enterprise and culture in such a small area. Part of Dublins charm is its friendly scale. You can walk across it in an hour, thats if you dont meet someone you know on the way! And youre never far from the sea or the green rolling hills of the countryside.
