Abstract. This article aims of artificial intelligence and law as a research area of law , and always focusses on the themes discussed in the general theory. In building a good legal database , based on the application of artificial intelligence can , will help to improve efficiency and judicial impartiality.Further control of artificial intelligence and legal content of the main research topics, such as legal information, knowledge engineering and other relations Is a major research work. From the preliminary study of artificial intelligence and legal meaning of the subject to continue, and the studied artificial intelligence and legal title of Research , the research context display. 1. Introduction Artificial Intelligence and Research of legal issues Is a very important element. Buchanan & headrick published Some Speculation About Artificial Intelligence and Legal Reasoning which is the legal reasoning for artificial intelligence research began In 1970.According to the article thinks the understanding, the emulation law argument or law reason logically, need to carry on the difficult research in many realms[1-2]. Legal Information System of artificial intelligence in the legal field is created using a simple start-up phase; it is legal persons, including judges, lawyers, law teachers, legislators or ordinary citizens to help provide legal enquiries, or the use of decision analysis artificial intelligence. Use existing knowledge of the law reasoning, deciding and judgments, which reached the level to solve the problem or close to expert level. Artificial intelligence is a smart artificial intelligence machine or, designed to simulate human intelligence activities.Human intelligence as a capacity, including perception, learning, thinking and language adaptability, including a comprehensive psychological function.[4-5] Among them, the

Simulation of artificial intelligence research and jurisprudence , the legal system in promoting the evolution of artificial intelligence are complementary aspects. AI is the same function , different structures can be achieved through its functional simulation theory. AI research and development of legal systems to meet the goal is to create a multi-user ( lawyers, prosecutors , judges, legislators , jurists ) a variety of products needed .
