This e$perience is further enhanced if it is e$pressive of the local culture and traditions integrated "ith a the!e. To create cli!ate responsive hotel "ith respect to the orientation of the roo!s good vie"s ,open space, net"ork of open space, roads, infrastructure, a!enities, etc., To enhance the sustaina le factors like paved4shaded path"ays, R7+, 77T, S7T, etc., for co!forta le living in the site and surroundings.

The successful design of a hotel project depends on the uniqueness of the the!e and a! ience, services and availa ility of appropriate services and the provision of adequate parking spaces should e i!ple!ented in the design.
