A lot of juicy-stuff has emerged and is provided as bullet-points to erode the growing backlog a bit; specifically, reality continues

to intrude on my initial effort to deal with culture-war issues [X-mas, etc.]

elaboratively/definitivelyand then firmly to segue to other political concerns. The goal, candidly, has been to justify subsequently transcending them, to support the view that the GOP must enlarge its tent by enhancing its Libertarianism [regarding the temptation to regulate personal rehavior, in particular]. Yet, I still feel these concerns are dwarfed by Guzzardi s emphasis on fighting what contributes to the growth of Big Governmentaided & abetted by both parties as he continues using the gubernatorial race as a soap-box, on which he can rail against everything he has documented over the years on his Liberty Blog.

First is another [more elaborative] item regarding Guzzardi [whose Facebook postings are great fodder]: pa-attorney-businessman-bob-guzzardi-says-he-will-primary-republican-gov-tom-corbett; he notes with disgust [noting Harrisburg-correlates] that its a very-merry-christmas-for washington-insiders, inasmuch as 10 of the 15 richest counties in America are the ones surrounding our nations imperial capital, and that
an EPA Fraudster [whose wife is still employed by the EPA] just got a 32-Month Sentence..

Second is another slew of MSNBCs non-journalism/reverse-racism, as Natasha-leggero-mocked-pearlharbor-vets-during-new-years-special and MSNBCs-melissa-harris-perry attacked romney because one his grandchildren is an adopted half-Black [which prompted extensive condemnation, prior to issuance of a Twittered retraction]; this contrasts with reportage on FNC of duck-dynastys-willie-robertsoncommenting on his fathers quotes, saying-they are ready-to-move-on [and the observation by Howard Kurtz that the A&E 'Duck Dynasty' Suspension-Reversal was a 'Classic Case of Corporate Spinelessness']. {Also noted is that the new anchor of CNN'S 'RELIABLE SOURCES' feels the MEDIA 'OVERREACTED' TO the BOSTON BOMBING and MSNBCs Chris Hayes claimed the criminal KNOCKOUT GAME is OVER-COVERED; one wonders if he felt it was newsworthy that a Teenage Flash Mob [of ~600] Played the 'Knockout' Game and Caused Mayhem at a Brooklyn Mall or that a crime-wave sparked by this lawlessness continues to infest Philly (Suspect charged with smash-and-grabs at South St. businesses). In this regard, local liberals are denying the Knockout Game exists [In Philadelphia
Magazine, Stephen Silver said of two recent knockout attacks in Philadelphia that he wasnt counting either one as confirmed cases of the Knockout Game on the grounds that the puncher said he was not participating in the Game. Until the assailants admi t theyre playing a game, liberals say the Knockout Game is a hoax. [satiric comment: Kids are learning how to end communication by denying the meaning of words]

Third is a report that TEPCO quitely admitted Reactor 3 at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant
Could Be Melting Down NOW; this is expected to affect the entire Northern Hemisphere [Persons residing on the west coast of North America should IMMEDIATELY begin preparing for another possible onslaught of dangerous atmospheric radiation from the Fukushima nuclear disaster site in Japan.]. Fourth is a report that texas is keeping a pregnant-woman on life-support-against-familys-wishes because she is pregnant; this recalls Airport [1970] for, albeit dated in its sexual-stereotypes, it had an emotional subcontext that was clearly pro-Life, with [pilot] Dean Martin committing himself to a relationship with a newly-pregnant [stewardess] Jacqueline Bisset, after a heart-to-heart with his co-pilot [who said the three unplanned pregnancies produced children that were even more exciting that the two who had emerged from planned ones]. This supports the pro-choice public/pro-life private viewpoint.

Fifth is the irony that a Global Warming Expedition to Prove Antarctic Ice is Melting was trapped by Ice,
was to be rescued by an ice-breaker [fueled with fossil-derived oil] that itself got stuck, yielding a rescue by helicopter [fueled with fossil-derived oil]. Sixth is a compilation of the 8-things-liberals do to avoid-honest-debate, perhaps enhanced by recognition that LIBERAL MOVIES INFLUENCE PEOPLE MORE THAN ADS or NEWS and fueled by awareness

that there was NO CHURCH FOR OBAMA FAMILY ON CHRISTMAS DAY and obamas government has funded a hardcore-porn-project; this yields to a bit of levity: Letterman's Top 10 Reasons to Vote Democrat 1. I voted Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry whatever I want. I've decided to marry my German Shepherd. 2. I voted Democrat because I believe oil companys' profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene, but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15% isn't. 3. I voted Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would. 4. I voted Democrat because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it. 5. I voted Democrat because I'm way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves. I am also thankful that we have a 911 service that get police to your home in order to identify and tag your body after a home invasion. 6. I voted Democrat because I'm not concerned about millions of babies being aborted so long as we keep all death row inmates alive and comfy. 7. I voted Democrat because I think illegal aliens have a right to free health care, education, and Social Security benefits, and we should take away the Social Security from those who paid into it for many years. 8. I voted Democrat because I believe that businesses should NOT be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as the Democrats see fit. 9. I voted Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would never get their agendas past the voters. 10. I voted Democrat because I think that it's better to pay billions for the oil from people who hate us, but not drill our own because it might upset some endangered beetle, gopher or fish. Seventh is a Touching-Shadow-Dance-About-the-Loss-of-a-Mother [only the first 2 minutes of this clip], which itself yields to George Carlins eloquent/appropriate observations worth pondering on a New Year; he died in July 2008shortly after his wife diedand this hippy dippy weatherman [Al Sleet] was a trailblazing comedian of the 70's and 80's for reasons that emerge from this juxtaposition of ideas:

OBSERVATIONS TO PONDER [by George Carlin]

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways, but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness. We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom. We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often. We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We've done larger things, but not better things. We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We've learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less. These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes. These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. It is a time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete. Remember to spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around forever. Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent. Remember, to say, 'I love you' to your partner and your loved ones, but most of all mean it. A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you. Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will not be there again. Give time to love, give time to speak! And give time to share the precious thoughts in your mind. And always remember, life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by those moments that take our breath away. Eighth is but one excerpt from pages of hyperlinks regarding ObamaCare, debunking a rationale invoked by BHO to justify this government take-over [which failed to recognize the obvious effects of limited supply and unlimited demand]: Medicaid patients in Oregon [a state that expanded Medicaid coverage] have increasingly visited the ER. The study compared 25,000 low-income individuals with and without Medicaid. It found those with Medicaid ended up in the ER 40 percent more than those without insurance. In most cases, their conditions were classified as primary care treatable, and not warranting emergency treatment. [More and more people will assume that the government should just cover everything, so more use of services will be demanded as people come to assume that it is either a right or even may think it is all free.] (See also: Obamacare Reports Net Loss Of 3 Million Insured Americans; embattledobamacare-official-quietly-retired; the law mandates insurance-companies will-be-bailed-out; and eleven state-level attorneys general slammed a spate of ObamaCare fixes as illegal.) Ninth is but one excerpt from pages of hyperlinks regarding the Middle East; Kerry is trying to arm-twist BB into accepting still another sacrifice for peace [as if Israel hasnt done enough, even as Palestinian Arabs have done nothing] amid new violence [what-threatens-peace-houses-or-terrorism?]; this is the stated-rationale by a Jewish-Lib for rationalizing-away the reticence of Abbas to recognize the State of Israel; the tabulation of hypocrisy in this brief-excerpt is appalling [conveniently avoiding discussion of outcomes-measures or the worldwide islamic-jihad-against-christians in an effort to make a caliphate noting, for example, that both-jihadists-named-in-russia-bombings-were-converts-to-islam]: Then there is the rebounding Israel-is-a-Jewish-state bugbear: Netanyahu wants Palestinians to recognize his nation as such. He has recently called it the real key to peace. His argument is that this is the touchstone by which to judge whether Palestinians will accept the Jewish state in any border whether, in other words, the Palestinian leadership would accept territorial compromise or is still set on reversal of 1948 and mass return to Haifa. Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian president, says no; this nyet will endure. For Palestinians, such a form of recognition would amount to explicit acquiescence to second-class citizenship for the 1.6 million Arabs in Israel; undermine the rights of millions of Palestinian refugees; upend a national narrative of mass expulsion from land that was theirs; and demand of them something not demanded from Egypt or Jordan in peace agreements, nor of the Palestine Liberation Organization when, in 1993, Yasir Arafat wrote to Yitzhak Rabin that it recognizes the right of Israel to exist in peace and security. Tenth is but one excerpt from pages of hyperlinks regarding BHOs Scandal-Sheet [IRS, NSA, etc.], focusing on BenghaziGate; The NY-Times published an article [A Deadly Mix in Benghazi] that attempted to invoke interviews with Libyans to make it clear that Al Qaeda did not run the attack on the American

mission, for The reality behind the deadly attack on American outposts is murkier and more complex than initially believed.; it also lambasted how Republicans Reacted to this piece and it re-emphasized the alleged-veracity of its version of The Facts About Benghazi [which inter alia contradict sworn-testimony]. A gop-congressman-blasted these claims-as-misleading because the argument that the most overtly antiWestern militia, Ansar al-Shariahnot Al Qaedaled the attack is an academic argument over semantics because Ansar al-Shariah is widely believed to be an affiliate terror group of Al Qaeda. Also, Benghazi Witnesses were Outraged By this New York Times Report which, per Ambassador Bolton Downplayed 'Radical Islam and Terrorists Associated With It'; others have critiqued this revisionism by attempting to ID What the NY Times Got Right and Wrong on Benghazi. Most feel this was intended to help Hillary 16], but it seems upcoming testimony will puncture whatever artifice this piece attempted to fashion.
