:INSTRUCTIONS:
Private Organizations/Societies intending to start Industrial Training centers in Private sector are required to read these instructionscarefully.Noncomplianceoftheseinstructionsshallwarranttherejectionofcasewithoutassigninganyreason. 1. Private Organization/Societies intending to start ITCs in Private Sectors shall apply to the Director, Technical Education, VocationalandIndustrialTrainingHimachalPradesh,SundernagaronaprescribedApplicationForm. 2. The blank Application Form for the purpose can be had from the Directorate of Technical Education, Vocational and IndustrialTrainingHimachalPradesh,SundernagaronpaymentofRs.2000/(Cash/Draft)Rs2200/(Bypost). 3. The Application Form complete in all respects shall be submitted to the DirectorcumSecretary, SCVT Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training, Himachal Pradesh, Sundernagar by 28/07/2012 upto 5.00 PM alongwith a processingFeeofRs.5000/throughDemandDraftdrawninfavourofSecretary,SCVTcumDirector,TechnicalEducation, VocationalandIndustrialTraining,HimachalPradesh,Sundernagar. 4. IncompleteApplicationFormshallberejected. 5. TheApplicationFormsubmittedbytheprivateOrganizations/Societiesshallbescrutinized/processedattheDirectorateof Technical Educational, Vocational and Industrial Training, Himachal Pradesh, Sundernagar and the Organizations/Societies having required infrastructure as per DGE&T, Govt. of India norms will be asked to arrange the further infrastructure as is requiredasperDGE&Tnorms. 6. After arranging the required infrastructure the Organizations/Societies will submit a detailed report as per AppendixXIX, Revised Annexure III of the Training Manual for Industrial Training and Center along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 10000/ drawn in favour of Directorate of Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training, Himachal Pradesh, Sundernagar towards the inspection fee. The reports so submitted shall be scrutinized/processed by the Directorate of Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training, Himachal Pradesh, Sundernagar and if found satisfactory, the Department InspectionCommitteeshallinspecttheManagementoftheproposedInstitution. 7. If the infrastructure so arranged is not found as per the norms, prescribed by the DGE&T, Govt. of India for the purpose, the case shall be rejected and the management will be informed accordingly. No refund of the fee deposited towards the inspection fee shall be allowed. The subsequent inspections may be recommended by the Committee and inspection fee ofRs.10000/ 8. However if infrastructure so arranged is found as per DGE&T norms, the Director, Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training, Himachal Pradesh, Sundernagar shall recommend to the Director General, Employment and Training, Govt. of India to inspect the proposed Institution for according affiliation, the composition of the Standing Committee for affiliationalongwithdateshallbeintimatedseparatelytothemanagementoftheproposedInstitution. 9. The Standing Committee shall convey its recommendations to the DGE&T, Govt. of India and to the Management of the Institution on completion of theInspection through Directorate of Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training, HimachalPradesh,Sundernagar. 10. NoadmissionshallbemadebytheManagementoftheproposedInstitutionuntilitisinspectedbytheStandinginspection Committeeandrecommendationsforthesamearemade. 11. TheInstitutionsaccordedaffiliationbytheNCVTshallbesubjectedtotheinspectionsfromtimetotimebytheDGE&Tand theDirectorateofTechnicalEducation,VocationalandIndustrial,HimachalPradesh,Sundernagar,orCombined. 12. The Institutions shall follow the instructions issued by the Director of Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training,HimachalPradesh,Sundernagar,andalsobytheDGE&T,Govt.ofIndia. 13. The Institutions shall be required to admit the number of Trainees as shall be sponsored by the Secretary, SCVTcum Director of Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training, Himachal Pradesh, Sundernagar. The candidates so admitted shall be charged the Tuition Fee and other charges as will be applicable to the trainees admitted to the Govt. Institutionsfortheyear. 14. It will be the duty of the Management of the Institutions to ensured that the infrastructure is arranged in time. The proposed institution will be inspected by the Standing Inspection Committee before the start the sessions and recommendationforitsaffiliationismadethereof.
