RULE:
Sometimes, especially after AS SOON AS and BY THE TIME, it is possible to use the present perfect to give emphasis
to the anteriority of the action described in the future time clause: As soon as I have finished the dishes, we will leave. It
is also possible, especially after WHILE, to use the present progressive to give emphasis to the continuousness of the
action described in the future time clause: While we are staying in Florida, we are going to visit my cousin Freddie in
Orlando. Nevertheless, it is always possible to use the simple present in a future time clause.
