MODULE Learning/ Trainee
Learners can simply glance at their calendar to see
when they are due to start any of their new training
activities. TrainingOffice™ provides a user-friendly
and intuitive interface for Trainees:

• Employee Profile: Training Record, Revision History,

The course information lists:


• the type of course (instructor-led, e-learning, CBT),

those they have failed.
MODULE Tutoring
The work environment of instructors has been designed
to provide them with quick access to:

• a timetable for each one of those courses,
• the number of essay-type tests they have to correct
for each course and a quick link to the actual
answers that need correcting.

This module manages user registration to the Learning

approved, instructors and instructional designers are
assigned and where enrolment reports are generated
for specific periods.

MODULE Configuration
This module for administrators includes the tools to
update the TrainingOffice™ license, configure the e-
commerce parameters and update currencies and add
customized reports.
MODULE Design
From the properties records of learning activities,
designers can create different types of courses (external,
instructor-led, CBT and videoconference).

Designers use TrainingOffice™ to develop and


distribute training activities. They organize and process
the information that is conveyed to the Trainees and
ensure its efficiency so that Trainees have, at their
disposal, all the necessary means to understand the
subject matter.
