Ths recpe makes 2 bags. Spt these ngredents between 2 bags.
1 b ean ground beef (or turkey beef)... 1 onon, chopped...
1 package md taco seasonng mx... 1 (16 oz) bag frozen corn...
1 (16 oz) can back beans draned and rnsed... 1 (14 oz) can tomatoes
w/green ches... 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
Drectons: Brown meat and onon, dran. Let meat coo for a mnute, then du
mp nto two freezer bags wth other ngredents and mx.
Let the excess ar out, ay bag fat, and zp bag cosed.
Drectons to wrte on bag: Thaw n frdge. Cook on HIGH for 12 hours or LOW
for 2-
3 1/2 hours. Serve wth torta chps, cheese, sour cream, and guacamoe.
