What Is PKBL?

PKBL is an abbreviation of Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan that is a Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Development Program and empowerment of environmental conditions by the StatedOwned Enterprises (SOE) through utilization of funds from the profits. The total amount of profits provisions for program funding maximum of 2 % (two percent) from the net profits for the Partnership Program and maximum of 2 % (two percent) from the net profits for the Environmental Empowerment Program. Stated-Owned Enterprises Partnership Program with the Small and Medium Enterprises, hereinafter called Program Kemitraan is a program to increase the SMEs skill to become resilient and self-sufficient through the use of funds from the profits of SOEs. Program Bina Lingkungan hereinafter called Program BL is a program of social condition empowerment by the SOEs through utilization of funds from the profits. Kinds of Partnership Program and Environmental Empowerment such as: 1. Loans for working capital and / or the purchase of Productive Fixed Assets 2. Special loans for SMEs who have become the development partner which is an additional loan in order to fulfill orders from business partners of SMEs assisted 3. Mentoring programs in order to increase capacity building SMEs assisted in aid of education / training, apprenticeships, and promotion. The more well-known and the more activities held by the PKBL program, the more data of partnerships and environmental development that must be managed. The increasing of Data management can cause problems if its done manually, thus slowing down the reporting process and decision-making. Problems such as double entry for data recording and data payment, coordinating data transmission between central and branch takes a long time, thus can slowing down the reporting process and decision-making. Therefore the automation of the administration management for PKBL Prorgram is necessary. Nowadays, the development of information technology can help to facilitate the recording and reporting efficiently and effectively by using a data processing applications special for PKBL Program.

PKBL ONLINE is a supporting website for PKBL BINA MITRA application. Bina Mitra is a software that developed to automate the PKBL administration management. By using this application PKBL administration will be more effective and efficient, thus the manager will be more focus to the program implementation. Master Customer menu is the menu that contains the applicants data information of Program Kemitraan.

Menu to input the data survey of the prospective Development partners whose data has registered by Program Kemitraan officer.

3. Pre Realization - Approval

Menu to input data development partners that already have conducted a survey and the data has been received, to do the acceptance or rejection of the credit.

4. Realization
Realization menu is a menu that contains a list of applicants who have been approved in the partnership program and will be entering the agreement process.

5. Payment Schedule
Payment Schedule menu is a menu that contains a list of applicants who have made the process of realization and going through the process of determining the payment schedule.

The menu is a menu to handle data partnership related to granting. 6.1 Grant Application Grant Application menu is the menu that contains data information of the grant applicants in Program Kemitraan.

Customer Information File menu is the menu that contains display list of the PKBL applicant's data information.
