1 SIM Card Is Not Identified 2 No Network Is Found

Troubleshooting

Ensure that your SIM card is properly installed. If the SIM card is still not identified, you can infer that the SIM card is faulty. In this case, contact your network service provider for help.

3 Poor Voice Quality or Echoes or Noise Exist In A Call

Hang up your phone and redial the number. The network service provider may transfer your call to another channel providing better voice quality.

The possible reason is that the local signals are comparatively weak, and thus your phone searches for signals for a long time. If you do not want to answer calls, you can switch off your phone temporarily. Another possible reason is that your battery has already been used for a long time and the battery life is almost over, you need to replace the battery.

5 Your Phone Cannot Be Powered On

The battery power may be exhausted. You can charge your phone and power it on later. If your phone is not used for a long time and the battery is not removed, the battery may be over discharged. Consequently, when you charge the phone again, your phone may not respond when powered on and charging takes a longer time. You need to wait for a while before you power on the phone.
